I’ve been interested in cupping for awhile but hadn’t tried it because it seemed rather expensive for something that may or may not work. This at home unit is a great value because you can get the same experience at home for less than one session of professional treatments. The experience is unique and I feel like there is benefits to the experience. Definitely the lowest setting is a good place to start. I found the larger cup can be hard to use and on some areas of the back it struggled to get enough suction to work. The smaller cup works well on areas with not a lot of padding where the larger cup does well where there is more padding. Each round takes 20 minutes which means if you want to do 10-20 cups either your going to be buying a few kits or taking a long time to complete the process. I do find just one targeted area does seem to provide a lot of relief. I’m not sure about the infra-red technology and how to best use it. The device runs a long time from one charge. Overall a good value, a small portable unit to do cupping at home.

I’m high on great quality, I like getting what I pay for and this is one of them. I took a chance buying this item without a lot of reviews, the remote got me and I’m glad I did. The 2 size cups are great to have for different parts of the body and they have a seal in them I didn’t have with an old unit I had, and even comes with an extra replacement.The instruction manual is clear on how to operate the unit and remote.Please use caution if you are new to cupping, start with 1 minute not the 20! See how your skin handles the suction and increase 1 minute at a time from there. Apply it to moisturized skin. Bruises are common with cupping and sometimes unavoidable, but the pain relief is worth it. I have been cupping for many years, used to use real cups and fire. The benefits from cupping is limitless, for relief of pain, tension, toxins etc. This makes it so simple to do!

This has great suction and works amazing. Different attachments for different types of therapy. Has red light therapy and heat and feels amazing. Suction releases then suctions again for enhanced therapy compared to old fashioned cupping. Battery life is long and is high quality product. Easy to use as well.

Seems to be a good price point for what it is. It includes a variety of sizes. I've never used something like this before so there is a learning curve, but it seems easy to use. It does everything it says it does when it comes to suction, red light, etc. But I haven't used it enough to see if I'm seeing differences. You can see the effect left on the skin. It's definitely got some suction power. And the device has a good battery life. Overall, seems powerful and seems to work well. I'll learn more

If magic is real, this item is it. It works wonders on sore spots and down the spine. Need to order more to do more than one at a time but still outstandingly wonderful. Worth everything.

The charge does not stay more than ~ 10 mins.

It did help with relaxing muscles and deep tissues. The warming function is also nice to have.
