Perfect fit
J'ai un bateau Seadoo Bombardier modèle Sporster 4tec 2003 et ce cylindre shock fait parfaitement là. Perfect fit. Voir photos ancien et nouveau. Cela fait aussi pour le modèle Speedster j'en suis certain. Le protecteur en caoutchou ne vient pas avec le shock. Il faut le retirer doucement pour ne pas le déchirer, et je recommande d'enduire le nouveau cylindre d'un peu de graisse afin de mieux glisser le protecteur en caoutchou sur le neuf plus facilement. Heureux de mon achat car ça faisait 6 ans que je tenais le capot de la console ouvert avec un bâton ou avec une défense. Ça fait du bien ! Cool. Facile à installer ; environ 30 à 45 minutes. 2 bolts, 2 safety lock pins. Voilà.

Replacement gas shock for the from hood. Seedoo speedster 2007
Replacement for a broken gas shock for the hood. Worked perfectly. Suggest you add two “spring” washers to hold the axels for this in place.

Installed on my 2003 Bombardier Sportster 4tec control console cover hood. Same as original and works fine.

Replaced old, worn shock, 2008 150 speedster
This shock fit my 2008 Season 150 Speedster SCIC front storage (in front of steering wheel area.) Had to use OLD mounting hardware/ends on shock to mount the shock in place, so keep the old stuff until new shock is installed! The "eye" ends on new shock are too big to fit. Unscrew old ones and put on ends of new shock.

Perfect Fit for my 2008 SeaDoo Speedster!
Very easy replacement and it keeps the compartment lid up very nicely! I probably will never need this item again, but I will recommend it to all my SeaDoo boat pals!
