Enjoyed this tape a lot. Really helps me day to day and I can't toss it off like tubulars and I can use it everywhere. Market sure to patch test it for allergy, I'm allergic to some plasters but found this OK.

It is good

The adhesive on these is surprisingly good and the tape stays well put for a number of days, even through showering. There's no fraying of the edges like i've had with some of the other budget brands, and it does exactly what you need it to (assuming you know how to tape correctly) Can't fault it for the price.

Works well for shin splints. If I apply this before I referee then I manage 80 mins without pain. Easy to apply, easy to remove. Adhesive is sufficient to wear this for 3 days if you prefer. Fairly low risk of dermatitis with this tape. Good value.

Using while recovering from a rotator cuff tear. Very simple to use and the box gives you examples for different body parts. Stickiness lasts about 3 days for me. Make sure you leave time for your skin to recover once removed as it can lead to skin irritation and blisters. Great value for money though and wouldn't be without it now

Je nach Stelle hält das Tape wunderbar, habe es schon mehrfach nachgekauft. Sehr robust, zuschneidbar und löst extrem selten eine allergische Reaktion bei mir aus, obwohl ich auf sämtliche Pflaster reagiere.

Ich habe die Tapes benutzt, als ich mir das Aussenband LCL und das vordere Kreuzband ACL verletzt hatte. Ich bin beim Trampolinspringen mit dem Rücken gelandet und habe bemerkt, dass sich die Bänder verdreht haben. Die Tapes haben vier Tage lang gut gehalten, trotz täglichem Duschen, Gym, Skifahren und Schlafen. Ich empfehle, die Stelle, an der man das Tape anbringt, zu rasieren, damit es besser hält und sich schmerzärmer entfernen lässt. Als ich das Tape nach ein paar Tagen entfernte, blieb der Kleber auf der Haut haften und ich musste beim Duschen extra stark schrubben, um ihn zu lösen (der Kleber ist sehr stark). Die Tapes haben meinen Heilungsprozess sehr gut unterstützt. Anfangs hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, vom Klo aufzustehen oder ins Auto zu steigen (ich war damals 25, jetzt bin ich 27). Mit den richtigen Übungen im Fitnessstudio (YouTube) und den Tapes konnte ich innerhalb von drei Monaten heilen und habe wieder mit Snowboarden, Laufen und Dehnen angefangen wie vorher. Beim Entfernen des Tapes empfehle ich, es zügig von der Haut abzuziehen, nicht langsam.

Das Tape klebt sehr gut. Nur die Enden sollte man gut abrunden da diese sich sonst schnell lösen
