After a stroke in 2022 I am left with weakness this affects my left leg, ankle and foot I had a support from the hospital but the Velcro was starting to not stick a replacement for that type was around £60 I seen this support and thought it would be with a try, have tried other brands which have been no good,not supportive enough or had laces to tie which I cannot manage with my left hand not working properly yet, this brace is neat not too bulky and is very supportive highly recommend

I am wearing this support when I train kickboxing in one ankle for max protection . I felt the support more stable than the classic muay thai ankle supports.

So i bought this product on the premise that i could wear this whilst playing football so i do not turn my ankle again. It was suggested in the comments this was the case and that it fits into footwear …… i can tell you it does not !!!! it is way to bulky i cannot get my football boot on ! (sad face) payed £16 for nothing but a brace for my ankle while healing other than that it is of no use after.

This ankle support does help to stop my ankle giving out. So it does work. There is a downside to it, that is wearing shoes, it is a tight fit, so it is hard to wear it outside, which I got it for. Also the instructions couldnt be in any smaller print. On the whole I woudl recommend the product for around the home, to go out you would need a wider shoe

All in all, it's been a very useful addition to our household for recovery and support.
