Not recommending it for below reasons: The hair keep getting stocked in the "Zero Tangle Brush" which supposed not to catch the hair, It make strange sound always while moving, It did delete the map by it self suddenly, Strange very bad smell coming from the dust bag area, and it showing me the bag is full within 2 weeks from usage despite they told it can last for 60 days, after checking the bag it was really empty. so many other errors which keep dust inside the robot small box, and not cleaning the edges as they mentioned. Very bad experience with this device that make me regret it daily. I cant give it lower than 1 star any way...

This particular model was my very first robovac. Initially, it was good and I was happy, but after almost a year's worth of usage (20-25) times, I have to say this robovac is more of a headache than a convenience. The robovac deletes the map randomly, and the software is glitchy. I had to babysit this more than I can remember. The robovac gets stuck in wires easily and loses its mopping pad. There are instances where this robot has mopped my entire house without having a wet mop, only for me to later realize that 4-5 hours it spent were useless because the house hadn't actually been mopped. To anyone looking for a robovac, please stay away from this one and look elsewhere. Amazon support has been incredible for me, and that is the only reason I am giving this item a 2-star; otherwise, it would be 1.

After almost 1 year of use I can confirm that the robot clean well during the first 6 months. Also I have 2000 sq.f floor to be clean and the robot was able to do it relatively good in several sections. The problems started later when I change the accessories and the mops are falling out, the brush keep tangling hair. My advise is to use it in small area and avoid carpets.

Item was used and dirty.

Vaccume dosnt have camera. Body is very spacious. Also program wasnt working propertly when am outside of apartman. When am in apartman he had one spinning and not performing program, dont know why. Generally it cleans very good, but overall I wasnt satisfied for amount of money I paid. So I returned.

Il lavaggio con acqua calda ha rimosso macchie ostinate che altri dispositivi non erano riusciti a eliminare, mentre l'asciugatura del rullo ha evitato la formazione di fastidiosi aloni sul pavimento. I sensori anti-scale hanno funzionato perfettamente, prevenendo incidenti su scale e gradini, il rullo per la pulizia degli angoli ha raggiunto con facilità le aree più difficili da pulire. La gestione dei serbatoi separati dell’acqua pulita e sporca è stata semplice ed efficace, garantendo una pulizia sempre igienica. Questo robot è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un dispositivo completo e avanzato per la pulizia della casa. Le sue numerose funzionalità, combinate con un design intelligente lo rende un gran aiutante domestico. un investimento valido.

Bonjour, j'en suis à mon 4 ème robot et l'évolution est impressionnante ! On va commencer par le début, si vous partez avec une maison sale, cela va être compliqué ! Quand je dis sale c'est alors que vous avez un vrai problème avec le ménage, par contre si votre maison à besoin d'être nettoyée car c'est un endroit de vie alors vous serez ravis ! Cartographie rapide et efficace, revenez après sur la carte pour modifier les murs, le noms des pièces ou placer vos leursi vous voulez, ou bien lettre limite virtuel, ce que j'ai fais quad j'ai deux dessous de meubles avec des angles en métal de 1 cm de large donc une parfaite meurtrière....donc je protège le robot. La cartographie et la navigation est top, vraiment rien redire, il se positionne vraiment bien sur mes seuils de porte, contourne accélère pour les franchir, génial. Aspiration, lavage au top aussi tout est paramétrable. Les serpillère avaient tendance à être sèches rapidement, un petit truc: injecter 5/7 ml d'eau à larrrdu robot pour amorcer le réservoir, problème résolu serpillères toujours humides ! J'ai programmé retour à la base toutes les 15 min pour lavage de serpillères, je pensais que cela être un problème pour la batterie ou le temps de lavage mais non cela change pas grand chose et par contre on lave toujours avec du propre et c'est là que cela prend tout son intérêt !Les bords sont faits impressionnant, lavage à l'eau chaude, nettoyage serpillères à l'eau chaude et séchage aussi! Autonomie rien a redire j'ai 100 M2 environ en rez de chaussé, il fait tout avec 1 seule charge. Pour résumer, ça pique à l'achat mais je suis vraiment content ! Fiable, autonome, pratique,. Je ne fais pas des tonnes de commentaires sur Amazon, mais pour le coup vous pouvez foncer, ce robot est d'une grande aide, et son descriptif fabriquant conforme!

Bought this for the extending mop, hoping it would beat my Roborock Q Revo S... my GOD! (1) It's super noisy (2) The app looks a lot less good and is less functional that Roborock (3) Even when mapping my home, it gets lost. It passes through a narrow gap to get to another part of the house, then cannot even find it's way back. If you have a big house or a house with narrow gaps, such as a hallway where multiple doors open close to each other leaving only narrow gaps if you want open all doors at once, get a Roborock Q Revo or Dreame X40 instead. I'll be buying a Dreame X40 as I really want a robot that can mop right up to the wall. Ecovacs T30 should do that, unfortunable it's navitation and noise is a bust.
