Am Happy with Them
Nature Made Vitamin D3 1000 IU, I am happy with the vitamin as well as the price. I presume (never assume, lol) they are working like they are supposed to. My Doc recommended that I take D3 vitamins.

Nice to find these in the non-plasticized version. Local drugstores only carry the plastic pellets.

Vitamin D levels still low after taking.
My Vitamin D levels are still a bit low after taking this for months so I question the effectiveness, but perhaps I should take a higher milligrams dose? Easy to swallow with no taste or after-taste. Packaging easy to open.
