Davvero Ottimo
Sto lentamente comprando tutta la serie di questi coltelli. La finitura in teflon aiuta il distacco del cibo dalla lama quando si taglia/affetta. Da notare che lo spessore della lama non e' elevato come altri coltelli: inizialmente la cosa mi aveva lasciato perplesso, avrei desiderato avere qualcosa di robusto. Col tempo ho iniziato ad apprezzare la lama piu' sottile che permette di "affondare" piu' agevolmente. In questa dimensione (pelucchino) la questione spessore e' irrilevante e una veloce passata sulla coramella (o palmo asciutto, per chi e' capace!!!) riporta il filo a rasoio. Ottimo!
