Had doubts but was hopeful I would see an improvement to my teeth and I am happy to report after my 1st 42 strips, it seems to be working. I would say I have seen a drop in yellowing by a couple of numbers. Shade card included in pack. I have ordered another box and I leave the strips on for an hour. Bare in mind I am 60 so a lot of staining to battle through as still a heavy coffee tea drinker, but never smoked. I am not giving it a five because I do not expect my teeth ever to be naturally white at my age. Enamel does wear out so not expecting white but less yellowing.

As for making your teeth white yeh good product but teeth need to be completely 100% dry if not they won’t stick on at all and even when you do can easily come off in your mouth and once you’ve taken them off you get left a horrible gel in your mouth which gets between your teeth. Personally I much rather “hismile” they work really well and I have had no fault with them, can do them on the way to work as there’s not “gel” left behind

For so many years, i've heard, "The brightness or dullness of your teeth depends on the color of your gums." Oh yeah, that's totally something to never control. So, I didn't believe and kept trying. I mean, I'm 71 and my teeth look yellow! I hate them and am even ashamed to smile. Life shouldn't be that way! I would say that we got about a 50% reduction in yellowness last night, which was the first treatment. I was shocked and SO happy. Even if I do it again and nothing happens (which I doubt), I'll be happy that it did that much. I will admit to using a purple toothpaste after the whitening strips. You know, the TikTok purple kind that's supposed to compliment the yellow in your teeth and cancel it out. I never quite believed that one, for sure. But sigh, I put that on last night (why do I keep doing this stuff?) Did nothing. it didn't do a darned thing more. My advice? Forget the dumb purple toothpaste. It's pretty in theory, but maybe I have the wrong brand or something. But NADA mas. These whitening strips worked really well.
