Doesn't perform as well as it looks
Pro - rolls smooth and effortless. Made getting around very easy.Cons - I had an issue with every zipper failing or binding up, and the suitcase was practically empty. The laptop sleeve is a nice idea, but the design is very flawed, especially the way the zipper was done.Some of the materials felt high quality, and some seemed very substandard.If you are a very light packer who occasionally travels and likes to be very mobile and maneuverable this may be a good choice. However, if you are a frequent traveler and need something more robust, I would suggest a different option.

Be careful with size mistake by Amazon
This is a great product, unfortunately Amazon is making a mistake with the size. When you order the 21-inch model (normal carry-on) they send you the 20-inch model (compact carry-on).

2 stars for customer service
I needed help with an issue. Tried to "chat" online, no chat. Tried to call the customer service number and their is NOT anyone to speak with. They direct you to their website! Eventually I contact a brick and mortar store for help.As far as the suitcase goes, the outside zipper for the compartment catches badly at the corners and makes you struggle at the airport getting things in and out.The glide is AWESOME and seems to be very durable, but I have only used it once.

Disappointed
I received the item with minor scratches, but I was willing to keep it. After opening and see how small and little space there was inside I took out measuring tape to confirm the sizing. I ordered the carryon business plus luggage but I received the compact piece. The height of the bag was slightly under 22” including wheels when the one I ordered claimed to be 23”. The depth was only slightly over 8” when the one I ordered said 9.5”. I will be returning as this is not going to cut it. I sat the piece next to my old 19” luggage and it was about 2” wider in depth. I ordered this luggage for the pockets and the laptop section thinking that I would have more space but it will hold less than the 19 inch piece.
