Hello. I bought this castor oil about 3 months ago to use for uterine fibroids. First time using castor oil. I have used this almost every day. It's working! No more pain during "shark week" the last 2 times. It was excruciating before. It's easy to use. It doesn't take much. The pads it comes with are amazing. I sleep with the large one on. I've only skipped a weekend once. This works very well with red light therapy as well. I would definitely recommend this product. I will be ordering this again when I run out. I'm halfway through the first bottle.

I love this. I had a knee pain for about a 3 weeks. It hurts when I was climbing the stairs or moving. I heard about this castor oil pads and decided to give a try. I just put a few drops of castor oil which I ordered separately. Evenly spread around the pad and put on my knees overnight and in the morning the pain was very little left. I used it the second day overnight again, then in the morning pain was completely gone. The only thing I didn't like for this knee kneepads are that they scroll down when you walk otherwise it's very helpful. I like it. I recommend to anyone who has a pain either for their knees or upper back on the shoulder. They are very effective.

These are perfect for caster oiling different parts of the body without having to hold the pads in place. These are perfect for treating your body without having to stay still. They are durable, thick, and washable. Worth the money. Will use these pads forever. Been using them to detox after surgery. Definitely a keeper.

Do not buy these! They are plastic. I put a heat rock on it and it melted! I normally do not use these to add heat but wanted to try the pouch to add heat and this happened. Normally if I heat my rocks up a little to much it will just smell and turn a little brown on cloth material but this is definately plastic!

This castor oil kit it nice. The pad for your stomach is rather large as I'm a small thin woman. The oil has no smell. It feels good on my skin. I use it for liver function and on my eyelashes as well as a scar healer. I've had it about 3 weeks now and I think it's working well. Great value for the money. The packs are not too thick or to thin. I recommend it.

It's great for warming my neck and back, and it relieves the aches and pains I feel from sitting at my desk for long hours. Quality seems to be good. They are pretty thick. But I wanted to use them for my shoulder issue and I have no idea how. You get a bunch of different sizes and forms but zero "How to use" info in regard to which wrap is for what body part. Tried to figure it out but gave up.

I found it helped with muscle pain and inflammation. The organic materials are gentle on the skin, and it's nice to have a natural remedy that works well. Overall, a solid product.
