Great for a longer restful sleep
Sleeping at least 6 hours straight! That was great for me! I woke up more refreshed and in less pain. Been using now for several months now. Highly recommend.

Great for sleep and relaxation, not to mention health.
These are good quality, but there's no reason to add the Bioperine to a magnesium supplement. It doesn't actually improve the absorption of magnesium, like it can with other things. Still, NOW is a good, quality brand.

I have always been a fan of NOW supplements. I veered away due to price etc. Not ever again! After switching back to NoW, my restless legs have stopped! And I don't have to take as many to get that help as other brands. Now Magnesium Glycinate is by far the best -- and believe me, I have tried them all, LOL.

FINALLY - sleep scores in the 65 - 80+ range (up from average of 20 - 40 for years prior)!
As a 71 year old male I have suffered from awakening every night between 1:30am and 2:30am and needing an hour or so to get back to sleep. A cheap little sleep ring reported my REM sleep at 10 minutes - 30 minutes per night (nowhere near what is recommended as a goal for good health) and I would routinely have a sleep score of 20 - 40 (near 40 if I was lucky). I started taking 200mg per night and the score improve to 35 - 50 so even that was a good start. I increased the dose to 300mg and the score increased to 45 - 60-ish. For the last several nights I have been taking 400mg and actually have had 3 nights with a low of 65 to a high of 84 for an average of roughly 70 with REM of 70 - 120 minutes! Very much looking forward to dialing in my sleep even better with a huge thank you to Now magnesium glycinate.
