Break over time
As described. Look good. However as these are plastic, with time the hole breaks and you're left with a just the chain. I guess that's why you four.

I got these to put on the diaper bag
My baby has a severe food allergy and so it’s very important that everyone around us knows where her EpiPen’s are kept. I got these because I have one attached to the diaper bag and I have one attached to her jacket as well for when she does not have the diaper bag, but the EpiPen is kept in the zipper pocket of her jacket. They are holding up very well as the one that is on her diaper bag is frequently hit against the floor or services because it hangs lower than the bag itself and we have yet to break one and we’ve been using it for a couple of months now.

Love them
We love this. We have one on our medical bag we take everywhere. We are stopped alot and asked where we buy the Keychain. People can see it easy. Fits easy on any bag. Even if i dont have the medical bag it fits on the book bag easy. Color i was thinking i wished they had a other color but it is a great color with how many people stop us. I buy more pack to start given them to people or if one brokes. We have had one broke in the 2 years we been using them
