I can give my views at least after 3 months of prolonged use. I brought this for auxiliary relief for peripheral neuritis sensations. At least this product is not producing any harmful effects - I am using it with plenty of water. Whether this product has any weight reducing effect is not seen in last one month.

Time has not come to say anything good or bad about this one, I, however like to point out few technical parameters that created doubts about the Product.The label on the container clearly shows 15510mg per serving. This necessarily means there are almost fifteen and half grams Cayenne Pepper Powder inside each Capsule which is not true. Fifteen grams is beyond danger level and indeed there is not more than 1 gram Cayenne Pepper Powder in each Capsule.The other side of the label describes as "20:1 Estract, Equivalent to 8000mg of Cayenne Pepper" and according to this calculation they wrote on the label "400mg per serving". This is quite confusing.The Seller is requested to clarify the facts to unearth the truths.

I'm a firm believer in supplements. A great many of the things that bother us are a direct result of the lack of proper nutrients, or adverse affects of things our body just doesn't need or cannot tolerate. (Everyone is different.) An added extra, for me, is the Tumeric; my doctor recommended it to me for my gut and heart health, and it has an added benefit of aiding cognitive health AND being an anti-inflammatory. Garlic is nature's vein/artery cleaner and ginger is also great for digestion and anti-inflammation. Beet root is well-known to aid cardiovascular health and even helps put a little pep in your step by supplying valuable nitrates that efficiently help deliver oxygen to muscles, enhancing athletic performance. So I got the main thing I needed and get several added bonuses! I'm feeling great and I'm pretty sure this is helping. Color me happy!

Strong. Took 4 pills with cacao and had an insane amount of energy. Kept me up all night.

No bad taste, after three weeks noticed a difference in rigidity, after 6 weeks even better.

I take 1 capsule with one of my daily meals and then the other capsule with another meal - I think that taking 2 at the same time may cause stomach discomfort. won't know if taking them will lower my cholesterol for another 5 months.

My hands were going numb and after a week of taking these my numbness was gone definitely going to keep taking these!!!
