Works great when I am doing yard work.
When it arrived it appeared to be very thin and I wondered if it would work. When I am cutting the grass or working in the yard the water goes into my eyes and stings. I put it on and it worked great! No sweat running down into my eyes and it stayed in place and absorbed quite a bit. It was easy to wash out and dried quickly! Very pleased.

Does not slide
I have a small head and bands instantly slide no matter the style or fit. I can put this on before sweating or even after I’ve begun to sweat and the sweat does. It continue to run in my eyes.

Won't go back to my other headbands
Wore it all day at work, and I did not have to stop and readjust it. Never slipped off my head, and it stayed in place for my 12-hour shift at work. Wore it running, and again it did not move. Would totally buy more in different colors.

Great, if you want to use as a sweatband or keep your ears warm.
I was wanting to use this to hold my 'wispy' hair off my face, but to push it up onto my hair instead of my forehead then it started sliding back. It did hold better than others I have tried, but not great.

Doesn't stop sweat from dripping to my eyes.
Bought this because my search for a sweatband big enough for my head led me to a Wired article proclaiming this to be "the one sweatband to rule them all." It was in fact big enough to fit my head without squeezing it -- a first! But it was utterly ineffective for its intended purpose. I think the fabric must have wicked sweat over the rubber strip so that it could drip, unrestrained into my eyes.

Does not wick away sweat the way it is supposed to do
I purchased the low profile version because I wanted it to fit comfortably under a visor and did not want something too bulky. I play outdoor pickleball in Florida and the weather during the summer is typically in the low 90's with very high humidity. I sweat heavily and the sweat rolls down into my eyes. This headband is supposed to wick away the sweat to prevent that but it did not do so. It worked for only 1 game and then the sweat began running down into my eyes as usual. (Note: I made sure to wear it as instructed in the company's video with the TreadGripStrip lined up where my hairline touches my face.) Here are the pros and cons.Pros:- Very soft fabric and comfortable to wear under a visor- When worn as directed in the video it did not slip at all- The knot that you tie at the back of your head to secure the headband did not interfere with the visor- Arrived on timeCons:- Did not wick away sweat; which is the whole point of buying and wearing it- It was soaked through after only 1 game of pickleball and was useless to meI will be returning it. I do plan on buying their "All Terrain" version since I am desperate to find a product that will keep the sweat out of my eyes. I am hoping that because the band is wider the product will work better. So far I have tried "sweat wicking" visors from 4 different companies (not Tread Bands) but they did nothing to wick away sweat. I have also tried a terry cloth sweatband but it was too bulky to wear under a visor. I am truly hoping the All Terrain Tread Band works since I don't know what else to try!

good headband for running, lifting, and everything inbetween
I'm a big runner and lifter and finally found a headband that doesn't stretch and stays in place. I'm buying more. This review is written 4mo. after purchase. I use my headband every day and it is still holding great.

Didn't work for me
I have fine curly hair and I have yet to find a good headband that doesn't budge. Unfortunately my search continues. Even as tight as I can tie the headband I could still feel it sliding back. Not worth the $14+ for one headband.
