Product was as described. Good quality, fast shipping. Battery powered base so it can be moved around. Love the different light options.

I think the examples are misleading. Maybe their photos were taken with optimum lighting. I don't know, but my laser etching is much fuzzier than their examples. Now, my picture was taken with normal room lighting. Maybe that's the problem. Anyway, ensure that you're providing the best-lit, highest-resolution image possible.

The picture in the crystal was extremely vague for the money and the script tiny. I expected alot more for the money, oh well.

The quality was great ! I didn't buy the light up base for it and am disappointed. Having the light makes the imagine stand out. I would recommend purchasing the set.

The picture that was put into the glass was a very nice I just wish I went to the bigger size.

Serioously. This is a case where if it seems too good to be true? It probably is. I receoived the item and its crapppy packaging. The image is barely legible and the quality is brutal. There were specks of dust and debris within the crystal. One face had a line going through it and the base is as cheap a piece of plastic as I have ever seen. Spend more for quality. That is my suggestion

I sent this to my father as a birthday gift and when he showed me the video, I can clearly see huge cutted lines that go through my father's side of the picture... letters are not clear as it should be and I have paid expensive for this. I wouldn't recommend to buy that.
