I have purchased 3 so far. The first one was cropped too far without anyone letting me know, but they took responsibility and gave a full refund right away. I decided to try again with a double face portrait memoriam this time, and it turned out beautiful and perfect. It was a huge hit so I came back a third time for a family photo, and I read it would be 2D if it goes above the recommended amount of people which was fine. It looks great, got it right before Christmas, and I can't wait to give it as a Christmas gift today. I am very pleased by their customer service, will definitely be a returning customer, and will definitely recommend them 👍. Just be sure to read the recommendations and descriptions before ordering, but if it is a 1 or 2 person close up face portrait you will be blown away by how beautiful it is ( don't forget you can have writing added, which is a perfect personal touch). I got this for my friends anniversary gift. They loved it. The photo looks like the real picture i sent them and the crystal has some weight to it. The base has lighting that you can choose from, the quality is good. I ordered a medium and I was surprised at the size that I received.

This came delivered exactly as ordered. The image looks great. There’s several different light up color options.

Only complaint was that the image was smaller than Expected (likely my fault). Overall well done a great fidelity translating my picture to 3D. Good turn-around time from the Company, Gave as a gift and it had a great response.
