I have had both the strawberry and chocolate and I have to say that both of them are EXCELLENT with milk. Strawberry is my favorite of the two. Just keep in mind if you are watching carbs milk has 10-15 grams per 8 oz. With milk they are just both creamier and richer. ZERO aftertaste. The strawberry is just a little more pleasant mixing them with straight water. The chocolate with water has a small amount of that familiar "whey protein" taste but it still very doable. Drink it with milk and I swear it is like you are drinking a strawberry or chocolate shake. No digestion issues, doesn't feel "heavy" and almost ZERO carbs. I will be trying the vanilla soon. 5 STARS for Animal they got this RIGHT!!
