Maty's Baby Diaper Rash Relief Ointment is excellent for flare-ups and helps treat existing diaper rash. Maty's Multipurpose Baby Ointment can be used all over the body, on a daily basis to create a moisture barrier to nourish & protect the skin.

Are Maty's Baby Topicals and Ointments okay to use after the expiration date?

Yes. Maty's baby topicals and ointments contain natural oils. Since oils do not have an indefinite lifespan, it'll still be safe to use on your baby even if the smell may be "off," which may happen after an extra long period of time passes.

A couple of years ago, I used to get the Diaper Rash Relief in a jar. Is the formula different now that it's in a tube?

We transitioned our Baby Diaper Rash Relief ointment from a screw cap jar to an easy-to-squeeze tube for your convenience of ease of use and on-the-go transportability. Our Diaper Rash Relief Tube now contains Zinc Oxide instead of Calendula 3X HPUS.

One time, I received the Multipurpose Baby Ointment Tube and it was liquidy. Is that the right texture?

In this case, the oils in the ointment may have separated. Sometimes this can happen with clean ingredients & we may get variants. You can try massaging the tube to combine the oils again and see if this helps solidify it. It should be an ointment.
