Okay, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure if a heating pad for my jaw was really necessary when I got my wisdom teeth out, but I am SO glad I had it. This little lifesaver made my recovery way smoother than I ever expected. I barely had any pain the whole time, and I healed within a week! From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was making a difference. The gentle heat felt amazing and helped reduce that stiff, achy feeling in my jaw. Plus, it kept the swelling down, which I think sped up my healing process. I was hesitant to buy this after some reviews about it not getting hot enough. This thing got me through my wisdom teeth extraction. I had a tooth lodge sideways in my jar and recovery was awful. I needed heat therapy and this thing was amazing. It has a low, med, high, temp setting on it and a timer as well. Yes it might not be hot to touch but if you’re wearing it and remove it you can definitely tell the heat was there. I would recommend it to anyone have dental work.

It could get hotter but it works if you lay down on your side it gets a bit hotter I'm going to try to sleep with it on

Really had high hopes for this product because I have awful TMJ and heat really does help. Item arrived quickly, packaging of the item was very nice and instructions for use were very clear. Followed instructions for connecting the USB cord to the adapter and plugged it into the outlet. Started on the lowest setting and after 15 minutes had no noticeable heat. Tried medium heat and after 15 minutes, barely hit 90 degrees. Bumped up to the highest setting and even after 20 minutes, it had only reached 94.6 degrees...not even body temperature. I tried looking at the troubleshooting section in the instructions but I was already doing everything it said to do. I tried a different outlet just in case it was the wall outlet I used but still - nothing - this time only reaching 92 degrees on high. Very disappointed because this looked so promising.

I’ve been using this for a while now for my TMD. My muscles are my biggest issue causing this disorder. It heats nicely and feels comfortable. My 2 complaints is I wish it was chargeable instead of needing to be plugged in because I’m stuck in one place. The second is I wish the heat went higher up on the straps . I am still using this until I find something better. It definitely does the job

This is a life saver. I use for my TMJ problem I have, it’s and excellent help. It reliefs my pain and anxiety under and around my hear and neck . I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I highly recommend it for your TMJ relief

Brilliant invention works great and heats fast!

I unfortunately suffer from severe TMJD and desperately have been seeking relief. I thought this looked like a great idea and fit, unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. First the fit - it never sat nicely where it was over my jawline nicely. Then there is the cord placement - such an awkward place to connect it that you either have the cord going around half your head or it is pulling down on one side. The Velcro wasn’t very strong and since the fit wasn’t good if you moved it slid off. I even tried headbands, etc and eventually I gave up and sent it back. To top it off the heat was mild at best, like a warm rag. Needless to say it wasn’t for me
