Image gallery says its 7.3" long but this cant be right. How long is it actually?

Handle from head to end of Handle is approximately 11inches long, the head is approximately 3 3/8 inches long.

Does this hammer contain lead?

The seller claims that it’s made of solid brass. From what I can tell, it appears to be brass in appearance. I haven’t noticed any lead.
