I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier. The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet. I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

I hurt my hip as a child and have had horrid hip pain my entire life. I had countless MRI’s, CT scans, X-rays, hip injections, heavy pain meds, etc. If you name it I’ve tried it but nothing has fixed my pain…UNTIL I found this grounding mat!!! I haven’t had any pain and haven’t had to take a single pain pill since sleeping on my mat. This product is incredible. I even take it on vacations! Ive been buying everyone in my family one as gifts because I can’t stop telling people about it!

Great product!!! I have been using grounding pads for a little over a year now. I decided to to try this larger pad out and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well it helped me ground. My wife and I started grounding when she started having MS symptoms and the Drs we visited were of no real help. Since grounding and cutting out processed foods she hasn’t had any more episodes. For people new to grounding what you will notice is that you will sleep better and if you wake up in the middle of the night it will be much easier to fall back asleep. You will also notice better circulation ex. If your arm goes numb because you slept on it wrong if you touch the pad blood will flow back within seconds. Guys will notice morning wood( unless there is a medical condition. Just remember this pad goes over your bed cover not under it so that you can have the most contact with it. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase.

I can't believe how wonderful this mat is!!! I tried it, skeptical at first about the claims of the grounding and what it can do, but I'm absolutely amazed at how good I feel after sleeping on it. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and the improvements in my sleep quality is unbelievable!!! I have arthritis in my knees and since using the mat, my knees are like new knees, no pain or swelling and I'm even able to sit with them crossed, which I haven't been able to do in years. I awake refreshed and have more energy and feel so much better than I can remember! I highly recommend you try grounding and this mat is the perfect way to do it because you are grounding yourself all night while you sleep. It's easy to put on your bed too, only takes a few minutes. This one was a great price as well compared to others that I've checked on. Do this for yourself and buy this mat!

I am so excited about this grounding mat!! I haven’t slept through the night for 12 years!! I have tried supplements including Cbd gummies!! With this mat I have slept 7.5 straight on a regular basis!! Within two days if using the bat I was sleeping 6-7 hours straight. My leg cramps are going away. And my night sweats snd hot flashes have diminished to the point that some nights I don’t have them at all. I used to be woken at night multiple times with them!! I have also noticed I am healing faster from injuries. I sliced cut on my thumb used to take a week to heal because you keep opening it up by using your hands. Mine healed in 2 days!!!! The question is if grounding really works why is it not being used in every place of healing? Every hospital bed should have one! Can’t recommend it highly enough. My spirit is more positive and I have less stress and anxiety as a result.

I really like this product. I sent it back and bought the fitted sheet. I got tired of adjusting this. I have an adjustable bed, and needed the fitted sheet to work well with my adjustable bed. I had no hip, back, shoulder, knee or ankle pain at all when I used this. My blood sugars went down as well... I didn't expect that! Also my blood pressures are much better. I slept though the night and would tell anyone thinking of buying one to get it!

The product itself is very sturdy, grounds well, easy to clean, and will definitely ground your body. My issue is not with the product itself, but I discovered I thrash around way too much in my sleep and often found myself wrapped up in it lol I’ve kept it …

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which causes painful inflammation throughout my body, especially my hips. I purchased the grounding mat for my bed and my life has changed completely. My pain has subsided, I get amazing sleep. I wake up refreshed and with clarity. I have so much energy throughout the day. It’s quite amazing! I told my friends and family members about the grounding mat. It has changed their lives as well. The key is being consistent with sleeping on the mat every night. Even my 90 yr. old dad sleeps with his every night. He had swelling in his leg due to diabetic issues. The swelling has gone down and he looks forward to sleeping on it every night. It’s easy and comfortable lie on. I use baby wipes to clean it when needed. I highly recommend this grounding mat to everyone.

The product quality is good. But haven’t been convinced by my wife’s argument about the benefits

I could feel a difference right away. It made me relaxed and tired, and I even notice a spike in my sex drive while using it. I like this one better than the full sheets because you can take it off easily and use it on the couch or wherever you want to. Also it's comfortable. I was worried the mat might annoy me at night resting on top of my sheets, but it doesn't. It's soft, and just puts me to sleep. Well worth it!! Recommended.
