I got one for my sister after using mine for months. I use mine every night and it's really the best. The things you can do with it are endless. After use I tuck it under the bed.

Love this set! Definitely worth the purchase!
So easy to put together! Bar holds up for intense squats and workouts adjustable height straps to adjust height for the user! Used one time and loved the versatility of the handles and bands, looking forward to using again today!

Good Set For the price!
Used these for about 6 months now without any problems the resistance bands loses some resistance after you break them in but I haven't had any problems with them breaking.

It's a nice piece of equipment if you only have a small space to workout in. I do like that some workouts are included on a paper, so it helps new people like myself

Wonder exercise
