Monteverde Ballpoint Refill to Fit Cross Pens, Medium, Green, 2 Pack

Over the years I have purchased many different refills for my Cross ballpoint pen and most times it is from the manufacturer (Cross) and from time to time these inks don't work or they stop working shortly after changing refills. Many times the store doesn't have the color I want or the point (medium, fine) I am looking for. However- I have found these refills from MONTEVERDE work great, have a great ink viscosity with little to no ink blotching like you get with any ballpoint pen. Here on Amazon you can even select from a very wide range of colors since I personally like to use the purple and brown colors for various forms I fill out. I should also stress that the price here for these refills can't be beat by any other stores and most times you can get 2 inks cheaper then the price of one Cross refill - try it for yourself and see.

I purchased the red replacement refill - the ink is a little more solid than the Cross brand and writes smooth without extra white space in your letters (you'll know what I mean if you've used the Cross branded replacements). Watch out for the tip of the refill: they put a hard plastic cover over it I guess to prevent dryout or leaking while stored in the package. It took a little bit of extra effort to get it all off, and you don't want a little bit of the hard stuff inside your pen and foul up the pen's twist mechanism.

I use different coloured ball point pens for record keeping. The refills must be the old non-smearing ink, not the gel ink which is currently popular but runs when wet. These are real ball point pen refills snd work very well.

Terrible quality, writes worse than a generic disposable. Leaves splotches and skips. Feels smooth though, I just can't stand to look at it how it writes.

Good refill. Decent price. Fine point is okay, Medium is standard and acceptable, Broad/Bold is smooth, distinct and best of this maker's lot.

Purchased to use as refills for my Cross pens because I wanted to bright purple ink. Not only are these refills compatible, I prefer them to Cross refills as their ink is on the dry side and doesn't deposit well even on high quality paper (in my experience.) I'll be sticking with these going forward.

Smooth and beautiful, love it. I use their bottled ink for fountain pens as well, very happy with the quality and value of these ink products!

I received these two refills Amna am very pleased with them. I usually only use fine refills but these write beautifully, with a very smooth feel, and very nice color. I have a purple portfolio and they go well together. FYI, I also bought the purple Cross refill and am returning it. I will definitely purchase these again. Updated, I flew tp CA and one pen refill basically exploded leaking all the ink into the barrel. It was a mess and stained my hands purple for days. The second refill was fine. I've spent an hour cleaning it out with alcohol. Still have mired work to do!

Für meinen Drehkuli sehr gut geeignet. Schriftbild sauber. Kann ich empfehlen! Finde ich schön, dass es auch Minen in anderen Farben als blau und schwarz gibt!

Ho voluto provare il colore verde ma è molto chiaro, direi slavato... peraltro la punta non è abbastanza scorrevole e l'esperienza di scrittura talmente spiacevole che le ho buttate senza ulteriore esitazione. Pessima esperienza, almeno per me.

Good quality but little light green

Son los segundos que pido, ya que tengo un bolígrafo que usa este sistema y escriben de una manera genia, se desliza muy bien y es un azul muy vivo. Por poner algún pero, en ocasiones si haces una línea recta, se puede quedar algo de tinta en el borde, pero en escritura normal no pasa.
