This pencil holder is just as gorgeous as the picture! It is pretty pricey, however it's the only expensive "desk topper" I bought so I felt like it was worth it to have a unique piece. Pencils do not stand as good as the picture though, normal pencils are not wide enough so they tend to lean to 1 side or the other. I recommend using it for pens. It's the same 1 sold at Anthropologie, however I bought it on Amazon b/c Anthro was back ordered each time I tried to buy it.

The slot is really only wide enough for a single card or photo.
