Superb Pictures and Easy Set Up
I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase.The 55-inch screen looks brilliant, and the colours are so vibrant. Getting Netflix and Prime Video running was a breeze via the App Store.Best of all, it works perfectly with my Bose soundbar; the sound quality is immense.Setup was super easy. Just remember to connect your soundbar to HDMI 3 before framing the TV on the wall.

Defective TV and Difficult Return Process
The TV arrived with manor defects (Menu not working, half the screen is empty/glitched) and I requested a return within the return period.Unfortunately, the return process has been extremely frustrating. Multiple pickup attempts failed due to return request/logistics issues, and I was told the item needed to be repackaged despite the product being defective - which I did.For a large 65-inch TV, arranging packaging and coordinating failed collection attempts has been very inconvenient. The product issue itself is disappointing, but the return experience has been even more frustrating.I hope Amazon improves the process for handling defective large electronics.

Stand issues
Stand screws are smaller then the required size for the stand, they just slip into the holes (and yes I’m using the correct screws, tried both sets lol)Couldn’t mount it due to this as the stand was very shaky
