Nice item with some issues!
Nice item with some issues!It come with no instructions but easy to work out & put on apart from one piece with sticky back, it looks like it is for the tripod mount but the mount will not fit once the cover is on? So if you only want hand held this cover is ok, but like me I sometime like to use a tripod so unless I buy a larger mount this stuff is no good to me! Very expensive for bits of coated rubber but someone has to to get paid to make it!........ So unless I can find a larger mount I will have to return it!!

Not bad, could be more affordable and offer a base cover that has a hole in it to allow better fit when lens foot is attached.
Straight forward for what this is. Could be more affordable IMO. Not giving it 5 stars because it should include 2 ring covers; 1 for use with the foot attached and 1 without. I ended up cutting a hole in mine for a better fit/protection while using the lens foot.

Great protection for your ....
Great quality, and it works as it should. Not only it helps the lens from getting beat up during normal use it is also easer to pack and store since you don't have to be worry about other stuff scratching the lens. Another very useful application is using the lenses in a very cold days.The hood part is a bit tricky to install as it dose not line up well and if you are not carful it may cause vignetting. Other wise great product.

Definitely way over priced.
5 stars for fit, 3 stars for price. Definitely way over priced. This could easily be made. Buy a neoprene sheet and if you have a sewing machine or a friend with a sewing machine and some sewing skills, you could make all six parts, plus have plenty of material left over to do all your others lens. I cut out the plastic windows with an x-acto knife. I want to have access to the camera switches, without having to move anything. I also added velco strips, the rough half of the strip - not the commercial grade velcro, to the zoom ring. The neoprene was to slick to turn the ring easily and the velco strips gives it traction.

Watch that this fits your 80-400. Mine is slightly different and the AF hangs up due to drag.
