Perfect!
Honestly I love this thing!!! My husband surprised me with it for an early Christmas present and it’s my new favorite thing! It’s well made, easy to use, easy to set up and easy to upload pictures! I am also able to have my friends email me photos to show on there and that means so much to me because a lot of them are out of state! The picture quality is gorgeous as well!

Love it! Go buy one!
Totally worth the price. I purchased this as a Father's Day gift for my husband who was getting ready to deploy overseas. I wanted to make sure he is able to be a part or our kids lives and see special moments while he is away. This was perfect. I set it up as a surprise and put it in his luggage. It was the first thing he set up and was so thankful. The screen is large enough to be able to see and has a very clear picture. Nixplay is an amazing program that makes it so easy to add photos and videos to the frame. The pictures show up in the photo queue as soon as you upload them. The frame and program is very user friendly and easy to set up.I am very happy with my purchase, and am going to purchase one for my desk at work instead of only being able to have just a few photos on my desk. This would be great for grandparents or anyone who you would like to share memories with whether they are near or far. Wifi is required to have in order for you to be able to add photos, but you can upload some if you choose to. I highly recommend and already have to some friends and family.

You Should Get This!
My family, especially the kids, absolutely love the frame. They get to see all the pictures we took throughout the year. The frame is very durable and the picture quality is great; you can also position it on any angle and it’s very easy to set up. Definitely recommend this product!

Wonderful frame
We are so happy with this frame! We did the 10", and it's a great size. It was easy enough to set up -- note that you will need to use 2.4G internet (I had to call Spectrum to get the 2.4G turned on). I also had an issue where I added the frame to my phone before connecting to the internet, and it really has to be in the opposite order; I had to remove the frame, connect to internet, and then add back to my phone. That was kind of my fault, but I wanted to add it here in case anyone else got confused like I did. All that said, I love this frame. It's so easy to add photos, and you get a good amount of storage on your free Nixplay account. I bought it for my husband so he can see photos of our babies while at work, and he adores it. A great way to send photos to your family members!

Software/app is the issue
Bought two of these based on positive reviews here, and a close relative's recommendation. What I learned is that the software that runs the frame and handles the wireless transfer of photos is provided by various manufacturers, not always the same in every frame. When I did the setup, I setup an account on my pc and my cellphone. That part went pretty fast. But at every turn, there's a pitch to subscribe to a higher level - that's the first thing I noticed. Then on my pc, I uploaded 239 images, most of them jpegs - regular sized stuff, mostly pictures from the cellphone camera. It took a while for them to go up, then there was an error message saying none of them would go up as they were all over 3gb. That's just not true. But, in order to get on with it, I ran all of the photos through a bulk (batch) resizer and reduced them way, way down. The Nixplay app returned the same message after uploading: "none could be uploaded as they are all over 3gb). So I concluded that Nixplay doesn't like PCs. If you buy one of these, check and see if it's Nixplay.com - if not, you will probably be good to go. Next, in order to try and salvage the situation, I uploaded the same jpeg files via the app in my cellphone. They appeared to be uploaded successfully, then I got a message that said "server is running a 1gb, then a message that said the server might be offline DEC 6th (today) 2025, but it looked like the photos went up. 24 hours later, they hadn't appeared on my frame. The frame is 10' from the router, so it's not a distance and speed issue, my router is fast and recent. In a final attempt to test the Nixplay system, I identified one image in my phone's gallery and sent that to frame. Still no dice. At almost every move the end-user makes in the app, an upgrade appeal appears and has to be ignored or worked around - a real pain! I'd purchased two of these for display in our living room and based on the convoluted and unsuccessful process failing at each attempt, I've returned the 2 units. My key learning, which I'm passing on to you is: if considering a purchase of ANY 15.6" frame, look into the software/app that runs the process, and look into the process itself. This should be an easy setup based on the simplicity of what we are trying to do, as long as we have good wifi. Do your setup quickly after you receive the frames so you'll know if you have to return the unit - if so, do it quickly before "returns" issues can manifest themselves. Finally, before you press the "buy" button, go to product reviews rated 1 and read the review by Em W. It's spot on.

Pessimo servizio. Mi è stata consegnata una cornice con adattatore americano incompatibile con prese europee e il venditore non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. In più si è rifiutato di rimborsare le spese di spedizione. Non raccomando affatto!

This frame is much cheaper than the NixPlay original and works just as well. The image is very sharp and acts as a great digital photo frame in the house.

I have no idea if it works because despite ordering it in the UK, it came with US power cable. This was not made clear in all the information describing the product. I now have to purchase a power cable and hope it fits and works.

This digital frame works amazing with 2.4 GHZ, however I purchased this frame for my mom at Christmas. My mom lives in a retirement residence and the residence only has 5GHZ network. Therefore we cannot send photos. I am trying to return the frame and purchase a compatible one. Unfortunately, I am not receiving a response from you. 🙁 Please advise me. Thank you Annette
