Stopped working after 1 month.

I bought mine in late November 2025 and used it just about every day. It did a great job but suddenly stopped working for no reason. I couldn't get it to work again. Disappointed that it didn't even last 1 year. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars. UPDATE: After contacting the seller and submitting video of the cleaner not working, the company promptly responded and sent me a new device.

It worked for 5 months after which it went hot and started melting. And it doesn’t have the Australian power plug

The product is nice, saves a lot of time. But it doesn't clean as good as in the pictures but it removes all smells.

Product works great. I use a heavy duty mouth guard/retainer that I’ve had for years. I wish the before and after photos showed how much better it looks. I’ve used retainer cleaning tablets for years and this works way better!! You can also use the tablets with this machine for extra cleaning if you would like (I did on the first run).The open picture shows what the retainer looks like after cleaning (my retainer was broken before this - thanks teeth grinding). But the clear looking one was a yucky yellow when it went in.Video has how noisy it is right next to it. Very minimal.
