Unreliable
Stopped working after 1 month.

Works great but stopped working after 8 1/2 months.
I bought mine in late November 2025 and used it just about every day. It did a great job but suddenly stopped working for no reason. I couldn't get it to work again. Disappointed that it didn't even last 1 year. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars. UPDATE: After contacting the seller and submitting video of the cleaner not working, the company promptly responded and sent me a new device.

Loved it while it worked
It worked for 5 months after which it went hot and started melting. And it doesn’t have the Australian power plug

Cute product, does a good job
It makes my retainer feel very clean. I like the blue color and I like the quality of this product. It has several settings, I usually just press the regular mode which is UV light + ultrasonic vibration. It came with a tray to hold jewelry too and tongs which I don’t use but I can see those being useful.

Important notice
The product is nice, saves a lot of time. But it doesn't clean as good as in the pictures but it removes all smells.
