Not inside the van but under the hood
Great product but the instructions were wrong because on all ram promaster 1500-3500 the air filter is under the hood with 2 screws holding it in . So who ever wrote the iinstructions has never seen one or changed on in a promaster. This filter is designed to only filter outside air not the recirculating inside air .I'm glad the pre-filter/ filter housing is in fact washable and reusable so I didn't have to spend a lot more for an air filter . This product will be saved and purchased again later one and hopefully I remember to do it before another 50,000 miles cause this thing got stopped up with in the 120.000 miles mark and this is the 2ND one it's had and I'm pushing 190,000 on this van so if you need a good filter for a lot less that what a shop would charge than here you go .

Great price, easy to install
This air filter is a great price for the value and was very easy to install. The quality seems to be very good. And am I glad I installed it! My used Promaster may have never had the previous cabin filter replaced and looked like a solid sheet of dirt and dust, gross. I would definitely recommend this air filter and I'll be buying more myself once or twice a year.

Good value
Fits my 2018 RAM ProMaster. Feels a bit thin and flimsy compared to the OEM factory cabin air filter. This one comes at a much lower cost though. Seems like a good value

2017 Ram Promaster
Just purchased a pre owned Winnebago Motorhome. Since I like keeping records of maintenance and everything I do, or buy for my vehicles, I always perform standard maintenance so I have a new starting point for future requirements. Good quality, easy to install, 2 screws, slide out old and slide in new.

Save yourself $200!
The dealer wanted to $250 to replace the cabin air filter for my 2017 Promaster, but didn't have the part in stock. So, I chose to find it myself and install myself. This filter looks exactly like the one I pulled out. Fits perfectly. It took me about 5 minutes to remove and replace the filter. Do a quick google search for a how to video before starting. So easy!
