JOKUNA - Korean dried squid - Soft and chewy texture squid (Spicy, Butter, Roasted) (Mix - 5 pack)

This is a reasonable chew but the flavor is good. A little on the sweet side. Great drinking snack.

The pieces were moist. I would have preferred them slightly drier for that more satisfying chewiness. Alas, it was more like eating seasoned bits of fish you left on your plate for a few hours til they dried up a little. It was lacking a 'softer jerky' texture. Quality of product was okay. Price point was too high for what was receive but acceptable for a one time unique taste experience. The underlying flavor was good if you could get past how sweet all the flavors were. But I couldn't. I'll probably eat it so it doesn't go to waste but wouldn't purchase again unless the recipe changed.

I know this isn't the best smell, but it's such a good snack. It's low in calories, and I believe squid is a good source of protein, similar to beef jerky! The taste is good! I eat those with red wine or white wine! :) The only thing that might cause you to hesitate is the smell!

When others state it has a fishy taste, that is underplaying it. It has a very strong scent the moment it is opened and my first thought was, this smells exactly like my cat's treats. The taste was exactly as it smelled, I have not indulged in tasting my cat's treats but I'd imagine them to tasted exactly thus. They are not inedible by any means, but they are also not enjoyable. Once your tongue is saturated you can get past the first punch to the mouth of the fishy flavor. I don't feel this should be part of 'enjoying' something. The spicy is not. It is enough however that my cats, which enjoy the other two flavors, spit this one out and acted offended as if they had been tricked and harmed. I'll finish off the other packages spicy flavor bits, and give the rest to those who will truly enjoy them, and my two fur balls definitely do like these. I will not be purchasing them again though, but do not regret giving them a try as I enjoy reaching outside my comfort and known zones to see if there isn't a new enjoyment out there. p.s. be funny if you translated the package and it actually said "Dried Squid Cat Treats" :-)

Nice snack. Good texture. Pricey. I bought the small size to make sure I liked it. Have reordered.

I loved these, a perfect snack high in protein with good flavor. The quality was very good and for the price there was enough in one packet to have me satisfied. I like the smell but given it is generally a fishy snack I wouldn’t eat it in a crowded environment.

After receiving this item- Not what I was expecting. Flavors are odd.
