Nice but
Does the job well, easy to clean, wheel doesn’t get stuck like some brands, and it looks great. Built durable as well. I will say though that the needles don’t stay sharp after about 6 uses which cause irritation and bumps from using dull needles on your face. at least that’s my experience so order another after about 5-7 uses

Good Quality for the Price
This derma roller seems to be good quality. It arrived clean, with no issues, and feels well-made. Obviously results can’t be guaranteed with products like this, but for the price it’s a solid option. No complaints at all. I would recommend this product to others.

Scar barrier
As much as I want to give this 0 stars for the pain it (I) caused me, it honestly works. My skin has broken its barrier after so long of dealing with my insecurities. My scars are starting to heal. I couldn’t be happier. Just go soft and don’t overdo it, please!! With my scarring, I will be using the derma roller every two weeks with moisturizer and lots of sunscreen to prevent any bad reaction.If you do, make the error I did, in going too strong. Buy a sensitive face wash, pat dry, and apply moisturizer and Vaseline to the areas.Overall great product, it's doing its job!

Great Quality Needles and Excellent Value for the Price
Just used the 540 Titanium Derma Roller with 0.5mm needles for the first time, and I’m pretty happy with it. The needles feel really solid and well-made, which is key for this kind of tool.The handle is a bit lightweight and made of plastic, so it doesn’t feel super premium, but it’s still comfortable to use. For the price, this roller is a great deal, and I’ll definitely be buying it again. Perfect if you want a quality microneedling tool without spending too much.

Needles are too thick for my liking.
The needles seem too thick to penetrate the skin comfortably. I returned it and got a derma stamp instead which is better on the skin.
