Purchased this Bamboo Socks from The Sock Street while surfing through Amazon website. I have been awed by the quality, the fit and the comfort. I am very finicky when it comes to socks. These ones are very good as they are very airy and thereby can be worn all season. They look very durable and even after a few washes the fabric is very much intact . Loved the 3 colours they come in and hope they extend the range to cover more colours.

What I like most about these socks is the great fit. As someone who has purchased many pairs of similar style socks I can recognize a great fit. Often this type of sock can be very disappointing after purchase; not so here. First this 100% bamboo fabric feels of very good quality. The color, the design and the stitching all good. The fabric thickness and quality make them suitable to wear most days of the year. Possibly, with the exception of the warmest Summer days and that depends on individual taste preference. They are of moderate softness, smooth to the touch and they cling to the feet but comfortably so. The thinness of the socks makes them suitable for most shoe styles with no crowding. However, they should still feel warm in cold weather. They feel comfortable to walk in and I think they would not encourage slipping on wooden floors. The one thing I noticed as a little bit of a con is that while the socks cling to the foot they may cling a little too much to the ankle. When first wearing I was very aware that they fit slightly more snuggly around the ankle then I like. They were not uncomfortable but I was very aware of the ankle area. Also, the initial tightness around the ankle may loosen with wear and I may have large ankles. I do like socks that stay up without sliding down into the shoes. This is my first experience with 100% Bamboo but it will not be my last.

These are DAMN good socks and well worth the price!

If you are on the edge of a size break, go smaller if possible. I am a size 9 shoe and the 9 to 12 size is really big on me. They are comfortable but just wish they were smaller. I will not get a lot of use out of them at this point.
