AK TRADING CO. 60 Inch Wide Bonded Dacron Upholstery Grade Polyester Batting - Cushion Support, Quilting Supplies, Furniture Upholstery, Craft Projects, Durable Polyester Batting (15 Yards)

We loved this. Worked perfectly for our project bags

Covered couch cushions and it worked great.

Good quality! We used it to wrap our couch cushions. Would buy again!

The product comes prepackaged and in a compact box. Once packaging is removed it does inflate somewhat. It is exactly what I need for re-upholstering chairs. Easy to use and very slippery, as needed to ensure that the foam padding is protected inside the chair. The price per sq ft is extremely attractive. When I consider the price of reupholstering a single chair by a shop, the price of this material is insignificant. In my case one chair price quoted was $135 and the cost of all fabric and batting is about 10-12% of that. Note that it includes both the sit and the back of the chair. I did not replace padding that is in decent condition. I did overbought the materials because even with the extra quantity it is still, in total, 4 chair material price is a half of the price quoted by the shop for a single chair. I'd rather have extra to make sure the job is done right

This was a little thicker than what I was expecting. I used it on top of a 5 inch foam cushion DIY project and stapled it to pine board. It seems to hold well, but if you apply too much pressure, it will tear. Some areas felt a little thicker than the rest of the roll, but did not affect my project. If you are looking for a uniform thickness and straight sides of batting, I would not recommend. This product worked well for my use though. I probably wouldn't wash the product itself in the washing machine, but if it were sandwiched between other fabrics it would probably be fine.

It’s a wonderful product at a fair price. I used it to plump up my outdoor sofa cushions and pillows. The pillows came with included fillers and looked like pancakes. This really did the job. It made everything plump and much firmer to sit on. I’m buying more for my screen porch cushions. It’s much easier Than trying to cut foam to fit the cushions.

It’s amazing how Dacron can breathe new lift into cushions. Strong, easy to cut. Will purchase again when needed.

The quality is poor loft is minimal and it is not very dense like batting I am accustomed to. I do boat upholstery and going on 14 days waiting for my order, making my commitment to my customer im pearl. The bright side is I discovered Walmart carries a denser higher loft batting at a lower price and they are right down the road. Problem solved.

Parfait

Worked great, fluffed our seated cushions right up!

Exactly what I was looking for - used as outer layer for subbass trap to keep Roxul fibres from leaching out. Perfect thickness - about 3/8” thick and durable.

Used for on foam and under upholstery of patio chairs. Good for home use.

Basic batting. Used to line quilted handmade make up bags. The batting has creases that were hard to get out. In some places the batting was “bunched” or thicker - so not always a consistent thickness. I had to pull to try to smooth out or thin bumps - but it didn’t not always work.
