Love this watch
This is a great sports watch that does so much more. I use it to monitor my sleep as well, and it gives lots of data about the REM/deep/light/awake cycles we all go through every night. It also measures HRV, pulse, yada yada. I find that my sleep has improved since I got the watch because I am much more mindful of how much sleep I miss when I dont take care to go to bed early. Lately, I will wake up maybe at 6 am, not even remembering when I went to sleep, then I will check my watch and if I have only slept 6 hours or less, I will just close my eyes and get 2-4 more hours of sleep. That is not something I would have done before wearing this watch because I was often unaware of how much (or little) sleep I was getting. I use it mostly for hiking but since I like to see minutes per mile, I set it as a Run, otherwise if I set it to Hike, it doesnt give minutes per mile. It shows so much data for every exercise session - my pulse rate, my pace, etc etc. The battery life is excellent, but you will need to charge it via USB maybe once every couple of weeks, more often if you exercise several times a week. My one gripe is that it is difficult to charge it on my laptop, the connection seems a bit finicky so once I get it to start charging, I pretty much hold my breath and back away gently so I dont jiggle it, then wait 20 minutes or so until it is fully charged again. I have had it turn off on me during an exercise session because it was under 10% charge ... so I always try to recharge when it reaches 15 or 20%. I really like the strap with velcro closure because I am able to adjust the fit on my wrist perfectly. The app is fabulous, I can sync the watch with my phone, and when I do, I can also view my stats on-line.

Apple Watch ☠️… Long Live The Pace⌚️
If you’re into fitness and wellness, this is a must and worth every penny 😍 Plus compared to an Apple Watch it’s like night & day & night & day for 7 nights and days before recharging battery 🔋

Works great for tracking exercises.
Been using this for a few weeks to track my runs and swims. Also, use this watch as a heart rate monitor which I connected to my Garmin Bike computer. Works just like it should. Watch is nice and light, and very comfortable. Doesn't have all the features of my Samsung smartwatch, but it is much more comfortable, and works great for exercising. Only minor complaint is that the watch band is small, and made putting it on and taking it off a pain. But it is easy to find replacement bands that are bigger.

Perfect Watch for Beginners
Just started running a month ago and had an Apple Watch. Needless to say that the battery was terrible and not keeping up with my workouts. After watching a bunch of videos, decided to go with this one and it hasn’t disappointed! The display through me off in the beginning because it is different then an Apple screen, but now I’m already use to it and couldn’t be happier. Charged when I bought and after 8 days it’s still going. I’m at 23% now but I know I’ll be able to workout for two more days before charging! The app is amazing, there’s a bunch of information. I never thought about tracking my sleep (I always had to charge my older watch at night), but now with this one I’m tracking and it’s really good to know the quality of it. It connects just fine with my iPhone and I even setup the notifications. It’s lightweight, looks nice. The accuracy of the GPS is so good and I just ran my first 5km with this.

Excellent product with two minor gripes
I've had this for just over a month and love it so far. The nylon strap is easily adjustable and comfortable on my wrist, the large-size face is easy to read, and the "night mode" helps keep it from blinding me if I look at it in the dark. The GPS tracking feature is great for running or hiking. It's got a ton of features that are really easy to use. I have two gripes, however. First of all, the automatic workout tracking has a very high threshold to activate; you've got to be hitting a cadence of 130 steps/minute continuously for it to automatically pick up a workout, even if your heart rate and movement are elevated. I'm a soccer referee and my old watch gave me credit for my games; this one doesn't because even though I'm moving around a lot, it's a lot of stop-and-go so I'm not hitting the steps/minute threshold. And you can't go back and add exercise later, so I just don't get credit for those workouts. The second gripe is the timer function; you've got multiple different features that have audible or vibrate alerts and will continue until you manually stop them (wake-up alarm, timed nap feature), but the countdown timer just buzzes once and then stops. It's a pretty sharp buzz, but I would have preferred that it keep going until I manually stop it. Overall, though, I like this much better than my old watch. I haven't tried wearing it in the water too much yet, but I did wear it during a class and it did fine with intermittent surface-level submersion.

DON'T BUY: 2 month life max - Read the UPDATE
At first, the watch seemed simple and reasonable. I purchased it mainly to track my laps in the pool. I quickly realized it wasn't so simple. It skipped laps regularly. Thankfully for AI, I learned it needed to be on my right arm when swimming because it needs 2-3 seconds after pushing off the wall and I quickly start swimming with my left arm. After resolving that, most recently about 2 months into owning it, I continued to get "Elevation Alerts". I live in the flat Midwest so there was never major elevation changes. I then found out my Elevation, Barometer and Temperature have all gone haywire. I reached out to Coros and all I could get was a chat with their AI bot. It told me to conduct an elevation test, recalibrate, leave the watch alone for a while, etc. After it told me the same thing twice while filing a ticket and including pictures, I haven't heard anything new for a few days. While $220 isn't $420, I would rather have spent more on a Garmin and have the assurance it's supported and won't break down after 2 1/2 months. It appears I'll have throw away $220 instead. I'll be happy to update this if Coros reaches out with a refund resolution but I doubt their AI bot can offer that kind of assistance. UPDATE: After numerous AI email responses every other day (The minimum time required by Amazon for vendors to return correspondence is 2 days) and threatening to leave this review, I got a human reply! However, I already sent in my watch to Amazon for a refund. Note that I also swim 3-6 miles per week and the person told me they were too busy to reply faster and that the watch sensor wasn't designed for swimming that often in a pool. DON'T BUY OR BEWARE!!!!

Excellent value. Workarounds needed for Apple Health
This Coros looks great, is small, light, and has excellent battery life. The Coros app is well designed and shows workout data in great detail and with what I believe to be excellent accuracy. This is the workout tracker watch you want if you have another brand (like Apple Watch) and find the battery life lacking for longer runs and workouts. The only downside so far is that workouts do not close Apple Health Rings. This appears to be a Coros software issue as syncing the Coros watch data through Strava to Apple Health does close the rings. It’s a simple workaround but shouldn’t be needed if Coros fixed it in their own software.

Great watch for the price for running
This thing holds a charge for a long time, I charged this thing 3 days before a marathon did a couple of runs and the marathon and when I got home it was at like 75 percent battery charge left. It helps me keep pace, distance, tempo etc. while tracking how I am doing. It's easier to remember what runs I did when and what my fitness level is at. I would recommend this to any runner especially if you are just starting to get into running. The only downside I really had, is get a new wristband because it was pretty snug for my big hand if you get the nylon one. Was $10 so not really a big deal.

Superb lightweight watch. Better than similar more expensive
All the family have one of these watches. I bought this one as a replacement for my daughters which she lost. She likes it because it’s light weight so not heavy around her wrist. It does everything a high priced garmin or Apple Watch does but without the price tag. Great app with all the data you need
