Great buy
This is a great laptop. Small enough and lightweight enough to travel with, but still sturdy and a good size for working at home. Works great with my wifi connection and Bluetooth printer.

Purchased this for my grandson in his first year of college.
This was exactly as promised. I did a LOT of research before making this purchase and waited a couple of weeks to see how it performed because the box was damaged when it arrived- its worked perfect! Great price, great product so far. Having the expansion card was the final tipping point for me. Also bought a two year warranty. I can highly recommend.

Defective product
Laptop had a hard drive failure issue. Sent it back and they charged a restocking fee on a defective product. When I shipped it back the hard drive was in failure mode. They advised their tech checked it and there was no issue. That's funny because I'm a electronics technician.

Good Buy
Precise Shipping time ....I bought this laptop for my 9 year old to do online schooling . It is Light weight and sleek. Sounds seems a bit low but overall satisfied purchase.

I like it.
After much deliberation, I choose this laptop. I was replacing an older HP laptop, with a built-in CD drive.Our family printer, HP 4630, is older and has the software on a CD, but the printer is wireless. We were not sure if we would be able to install the printer. Much to our surprise, the new laptop recognized it immediately. We did not have to pick a printer off a list. The laptop just recognized it. The printer installation was painless and fast.I have only had it for less than a week. I like the speed and the touch of the keyboard. With the addition of the included SD memory card, the built in memory is double. I will be using this for personal use only. The storage should handle my needs for a long time. It is like night and day faster than my old one. I am a happy camper.

Battery life is terrible - this laptop was not attended to be run on battery.
THis laptop has to stay plugged in. The battery lasts maybe 1 hr and 1/2. Might as well have bought a desktop.
