Update: This item is faulty and is no longer available from the manufacturer. Evidently, it has a problem with the valve so the machine thinks the clean water reserve is empty even when it is not. Via the manufacturer warranty, they offered to replace it with one of lesser value. Best to buy from a different company, IMO. I used this today for the first time. I am absolutely blown away by how easy it is to use and understand. The amount of schmutz it picked up from my hard floor was stunning, as is how clean my floor now is. The height of the head is small enough to easily navigate under a standard kitchen cupboard (AKA toe kick or kick space). The description doesn't state this, but it swivels so nicely that navigation, especially into and around corners is surprisingly easy and a total pleasure. It practically pulls itself forward so there is little need to push, and pulling it back toward yourself is easy as well. A couple of caveats: after rinsing, I would not leave the brush in the machine. The instructions state that you should let it sit in the tray to dry out for 24 hours before using again. Since this comes with a second brush, I've removed the brush and the two water containers to let them thoroughly dry out before using again. I gently squeezed the brush with a clean rag to get most of the moisture out of it and then fluffed it up before leaving it to dry. The other caveat is that after using to the point where the clean water tank is about ½ to ⅔ empty, it sometimes registers as completely empty which causes the machine to shut off. I found that this is due to the handle being tipped back at an angle (like when you're pushing the machine forward) so that the bottom of the clean water tank has little to no water touching it. Restarting it with the handle in a more upright position works just fine. It's a bit of a design flaw IMO, but not a game changer. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who loves clean floors but hates mopping them!

this is a great product and it is so easy to use. I have 5 dogs in the house so i clean my floor every single day. this makes it so much easier to do. picks up the pet hair with ease, true to size.

I’ve had this for just over 2 months, and have used it about 8 times. Being able to vacuum and mop at the same time has been a game changer. I do all the hard floors downstairs (wood and tile; probably around 800 square feet) on one charge and one container of solution. I love that it has a brush cleaning mode; it’s definitely disgusting to clean it out after I use it, but that’s because it does its job and picks up tons of pet hair.

I love my wet vac but there is serious flaws with the system. •The most obvious one will be their proprietary cleaning solution, the solution works great but is very expensive, hard to find in stock, and difficult to substitute with home mixtures. Note that using a solution other than their proprietary blend can cause issues with your appliance like forming a mineral scab over the inlet where the tank is inserted (its an easy fix if you know about it). •The second issue, which is serious, is the sensors faulting and causing your appliance to stop working until you disassemble the whole thing and splice together some wires AS A WORK AROUND, not a fix. The vacuum is very useful and its saved me plenty of time and labor but the issues mentioned above would likely prevent me from buying again. For the design team, you should skip out on the proprietary cleaning solution requirement, or make a common house hold mixture table for the consumer, and of course you must fix that sensor issue or perhaps add a port to the appliance that allows one to get logs on the failed components for easy troubleshooting

I waited to do a review so I could gets some use out of this first. I have been using it now for a month and I love it. I have two giant breed long haired dogs and there is always hair everywhere. I think I have it all swept up and then another pile shows up. This machine lifts any left over hair off the floor and gathers it at the top of the dirty water tank. It does not clog and does not leave wet clumps on the floor. When I am done using it I run the clean cycle and then clean and soak the dirty tank and throw the roller in the washing machine. I love that it is cordless so I can just keep going, not have it unplug and forcing me to find a new outlet. I get my floors clean in record time and it doesn’t lose charge or suction in the amount of time I need it. I usually run it continuously for about 30-40 minutes. If you are on the fence with this one you won’t be disappointed. It is high quality, fairly quiet and cleans super fast and efficiently.

Do NOT buy this mop. I received my mop and it was defective. I tried using it but the brush roll doesn’t spin and no water comes out of the nozzle. I decided to contact shark to resolve the issue rather than returning to Amazon because I thought they could send me a replacement part. Shark sent a replacement brush roll and brush role cover, which did not fix the issue with my mop. When I let them know this, they told me they would be sending me an upgraded model of the mop, which was great. Meanwhile, before I got the upgraded model the return window for Amazon closed. I wasn’t worried since shark was trying to fix my issue. I received the new mop in the mail and it’s not an upgraded model, it’s the same model as the one I had before, and this one also does not work. So I have now received two of these mops that are defective. I am beyond frustrated and have wasted money and time.

Listen, I am NOT a review writer unless I really love or really hate a product. I have had this hydro vac for about a month or so now. The first time I used it, I loved it. Now? Not so much. I have 4 animals, 5 if you count the toddler boy child, and 6 if you count the husband. You can imagine the mess on my tile floors. Between cat litter, dog hair, and dirt tracked in, it gets hectic here. I had really high hopes for this. I bought it on sale for $175. It genuinely does a good job, for about 15 minutes. I can get a good chunk of my house done in 15 minutes. After that it leaves clumps of hair, and drips dirty water everywhere. Plus after the 15 minutes of use I have to spend almost 2 hours taking the entire thing apart and deep cleaning it cause it holds all kinds of hair, dirt (which turns to mud cause it’s wet) and just clumps of gross. It clogs very easily, and drags mess around. The blue sponge thing I feel like you can only use once. After that it gets so gross and holds all kinds of dirty and stains from messes, and hair. So I replace it every 2 uses. I still have to vacuum before I use it, which is a bummer, and I still feel like I need to mop after I use it. All in all, I really can’t stand this thing. Over priced for a crap job, in my opinion.

LOVE IT! Here are a few things to know... Pros -Farm house approved! We are a cat, dog, muddy boots from the barn house, this has been a great quick and easy clean after our chaos crew! -Baby quiet! My baby falls asleep to the sound of this vaccum -easy to clean, just add it to the routine! - light and easy to use with one arm! -leaves house smelling amazing and fresh! -love the self cleaning mode! Cons -Minor leaking after use,a quick swipe with a paper towel not a big deal but be mindful - minor streaking not a perfect application on the floor, not enough to impead performance -not designed for large amounts of fur (nor was I expecting that) -Be mindful of things like rocks and small plastic pieces ( scratching the floor) Over all very happy with this product, makes spills, accidents and daily cleaning much easier! I love that the kiddo and animals aren't phased by it and it is easy to take apart for maintenance! This isn't a runaround as fast as you can vaccum, for it to give the best results just walk a little slower. That being said saves much more time than sweeping and mopping, it dries fast and has been kind to my laminate and tile flooring!
