I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing the Dr. Morepen massager. I bought this product on 28th April 2026, and it has already completely stopped working in less than four months.To make matters worse, the brand's customer care is completely non-responsive. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times regarding the warranty and repair, but no one replies or takes responsibility. This is a complete waste of money and a highly unreliable product. Save your hard-earned money and look for a brand that actually values its customers and provides working customer support.Pros: NoneCons: Poor build quality, breaks down quickly, nonexistent customer care.
