Love them!
I was hesitant about whether these cookies would actually help increase my milk supply as described. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try, and they really do seem to help! One bag a day is enough for me. I can normally pump around 46 oz per day, but it used to take me hours of pumping. Now, with the cookies, I’m able to pump the same amount in my usual 20-30-minute sessions, without needing to pump for as long. My breasts can finally get a break from all the extra pumping I was doing just to maintain a high daily volume!Also,the flavor is amazing!

Las súper recomiendo, fue lo único que aumento mi producción de leche. Mi producción aumento al día siguiente de comer el primer paquete de galletas, en cada extracción aumento de 1 a 3 oz. Importante saber que cuando dejas de comerlas regresas a tu producción habitual. El sabor es muy bueno y funcionan perfectamente, las recomendó muchísimo.

Acabo de recibir mi paquete y la vdd es que al menos por sabor saben DELICIOSAS !!!! En cuanto a si funcionan o no, ya estaré contándoles. Igual el precio es elevado, ojalá que si logre pasar de mi onza diaria.

Tasty and a decent amount in each bag
I’m not sure if these enriched my milk supply but they taste quite nice. I don’t have the time to make them myself and they’re a good snack while I’m breast feeding my little one. There’s a decent amount in each bag
