I’m very excited when I received this knife,it’s really awesome knife.It’s in very good price and worth every penny you pay,you definitly deserve once you bought it.They are beautiful precision crafted, well balanced and comfortable to hold, the razor sharp blade cuts easily through all meat and vegetables. I get a thrill each time I use them, what was once a chore with my old knives is now a pleasure. A chopping board is a must and take great care when washing them after use. Great product, what's more, the company really wants you to be satisfied with your knife.Packed with very elegence gift box,so it’s also good choice for a gift.

Have owned it since 2019 and can say it's the best knife I've ever had. Haven't sharpened it yet and it's still sharper than rest of my knifes. Worth the investment.

This is a fantastic knife! Wasn't sure what to expect, but now looking to buy more in this range! Great weight, very sharp as you'd hope, looks stylish and easy to use. I have quite big hands and was really pleased with the handle. I found the handle didn't stop short pressing into the edge of my hand and was great to hold. Also came in a really nice presentation box.

This is a fantastic knife, (also bought the 8" chef knife) been a chef for many years and this is truely one of the best knives I have used (and I've used a lot!!). If you are in the market for a quality Damascus steel knife, buy this!! Customer service is extremely efficient too, had a small problem with one of the knives and a perfect replacement was sent the next day.

Nicely weighted and sharpens up reasonably well. Good for the price but I’ve used better blades but for 3 times the money.

La lama è già affilata, l'impugnatura comoda. ===UTILIZZO=== L'utilizzo di questo coltello è raccomandato a persone adulte e con dimestichezza, infatti è molto affilato e se non lo si sa usare può essere pericoloso. L'impugnatura è molto ben bilanciata, comoda e sicura. Il peso di poco meno di 300 gr lo rende anche maneggevole. I tagli nella carne sia cruda che cotta sono molto precisi, netti. As a chef who teaches knife skills, I always tell my students that knives, especially chef knives, are very personal. The chef knife is the workhorse of the kitchen, and I use my chef knife for almost everything. Kitchen Emperor paid attention to the details, the knife is beautifully polished and I really like the way the knife blade and the handle meet (the bolster), it feels comfortable and smooth. The knife is a great value; cost on amazon is just $56.89 (an amazing pricing for Damascus steal) This is a great value for someone that does not want to break the bank buying a chef knife. It’s a great starter knife for the home cook. The handle scales appear to be made of carbon fiber which is well done; the rivets used for the scales are beautifully polished and the knife has a full tang. I like the radius of the blade, making it easy for rocking the knife when finely chopping. J'ai été particulièrement impressionnée de voir à quel point il est équilibré et facile à utiliser et ne se sent pas trop lourd dans la main. Il est tranché à travers la nourriture préparée avec facilité et tous ont fait son travail avec une extrême facilité. La première chose que j'ai remarquée est l'emballage élégant qui reflète la qualité du couteau lui-même. Le couteau est emballé en toute sécurité dans une boîte en carton. C'est absolument nécessaire parce que le couteau est extrêmement pointu. Il coupe le poulet sans effort et n'a aucun problème avec les légumes. C'est certainement le meilleur couteau que je possède actuellement et à cause de ce couteau la cuisson est beaucoup plus agréable qu'auparavant. Au début, je pensais que le prix serait un peu trop élevé, mais je suis vraiment content de l'avoir acheté, car il est beaucoup plus facile de couper mes légumes et ma viande qu'avec mes autres couteaux. J'ai déjà acheté un couteau similaire à ce couteau Santoku, mais c'était beaucoup moins cher - je pouvais facilement sentir la différence entre la qualité et la netteté des deux couteaux. Pour le prix, cela doit être l'un des meilleurs choix, idéal pour quelqu'un qui veut expérimenter avec un Santoku, peut-être comme une alternative au couteau de chef occidental plus arrondi. Il se marie très bien avec le style de hachage asiatique traditionnel. le bord incurvé permet un bon mouvement de bascule pour un hachage fin. Vraiment, je ne peux pas vous dire à quel point ce couteau est de bonne qualité, bien équilibré, confortable, tranchant, solide et très facile à utiliser avec un magnifique damas.

Das war schon das zweite Messer, das ich bestellt habe. Beide Male war es ein Geschenk für meinen Mann und der ist begeistert. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand und sind richtig schön scharf. Selbst etwas ältere und weiche Tomaten lassen sich erstaunlich einfach und präzise schneiden. Das dritte Messer aus der Serie wird bestimmt auch noch den Weg in unsere Küche finden!
