SUNPOW Retractable Garden Hose Reel - 1/2 inch x 50ft Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Hose Reel with 3/4 inch Brass Fitting & 10 Sprayer Nozzle - Any Length Lock, Auto Rewind System, 180°Swivel Bracket- Grey

I mounted this SUNPOW retractable hose reel to a 4x4 post and concreted the post into the ground. The whole project only took me about 30 minutes, and most of that was just digging the hole with a hand shovel. It cost me about $20 extra for the post and concrete, and it was absolutely worth it.The reel looks great and retracts the hose quietly, cleanly, and smoothly. The different hose settings work great, and the reel swivels side to side very easily when you’re moving around the yard. Best of all, I’m no longer fighting with or tipping over my old hose reel that sat on the ground. No more leaky hose reel falling over!Very happy with it so far. Looks much cleaner and makes using and putting away the hose way easier. 5 stars.

I built a new deck and decided that rolls of hose hanging around was not the look I wanted. This retractable hose reel is exactly what I was looking for. The entire device feels very heavy duty, and is functionally attractive. The 1/2" reinforced hose pulls out with minimal effort, and retraction so far has always been strong and complete. I mounted it to the exterior wall with the enclosed hardware, and the swivel feature allows me to fold it back parallel to the wall when I am not using it. This item is today the same price when I bought it almost a year ago, and is an excellent value for this product. I am very glad I bought it.

Really love this retractable garden hose real. It has made my life so much easier. The only downfall is you can’t switch out the spray nozzle. I love that it retracts by itself and so far it hasn’t needed repair.

The hose reel feels solidly built and well made. We chose to mount the reel on a stand, and because the reel carries a fair amount of weight, we added a few decorative rocks around the base for extra support and stability. The hose length has been perfect for watering both our lawn and potted plants. Getting the reel to lock without retracting requires a little finesse at first, but the process becomes easy once you learn the motion. The 1/2-inch hose provides good water pressure with no noticeable loss. After about a month of use, we have experienced no leaks or other problems and remain very happy with this purchase.

I purchased two of these and have been using them for several months. They are far easier to use versus a hose wound up and hanging on the house. It looks far better versus a standard hose too. I like the 85 foot option as this covers the majority of the area I need to water. The only issue so far with both reels is that they don't always fully retract into the reel. The hose misfeeds on the reel and catches inside the plastic casing You have to pull the hose out all the way, open the bay door at the top of the reel and use your hand to properly align the hose on the reel. This is not a deal breaker but is frustrating. Time will tell regarding durability.

Love this! No more hose piled up under the faucet. Hose is not too heavy and easy to handle even when retracted completely. I’m thinking of buying a second one for the front yard.

Just finished our first summer season with this and no problems whatsoever.

I have this hose for a year and still going strong. Perfect for watering plants and clean around the house. No leaks yet. Was a good price. It puts herself away so is great avoiding tangles. The material is standing up to the South Florida weather so far.

★★★★★ — Exceeded expectations — this reel is built to lastI've gone through my fair share of flimsy hose reels, so I did a lot of research before settling on the SUNPOW retractable reel, and I'm glad I did. Out of the box it feels solid — the housing is thick, weather-resistant plastic and the mounting bracket is genuinely heavy-duty steel, not the flimsy tin you usually get.Installation: Took me about 20 minutes solo. It's wall-mounted, so make sure you anchor into a stud or use proper masonry anchors. The bracket is pre-drilled and the template lines up well. The unit swivels a full 180°, which makes a huge difference when you're pulling the hose toward different parts of the yard.Performance: The 85 feet of 1/2" hose gives excellent pressure and reach — I can hit every corner of my front and back yard from one spot. The 3/4" fittings connect to my spigot with no leaks and no need for adapters. The retraction is the real standout: it reels back in smoothly and evenly every time, and the auto-lock lets you stop the hose at any length you want. A gentle tug releases it, and it doesn't come flying back at you like some cheaper reels. What I love:Retracts cleanly and guides the hose evenly (no tangles or kinks)Lock-at-any-length feature works flawlessly180° swivel + good reach from one mounting pointNo leaks at the connectionsLooks tidy mounted on the wall — hose is fully protected when storedHonestly, for the price this thing performs like reels costing twice as much. If you're tired of wrestling with a hose cart or hand-coiling 100 feet of hose, just buy this. Highly recommended.

Good quality product.

Sus materiales son de excelente calidad. Enrolla y desenrolla fácilmente una y otra vez. Fácil instalación en muro con tornillos robustos.

I have had the unit for 8 months now and it works well. The installation to my wall was fairly easy and when the reel is located in the wall mounting it swivels easily and the hose extends and retracts well too.Great addition to any house plus its easy to remove from the wall mount and relocate to another tap.I recommend this unit.
