Seems to be ok. Head rest is not comfy but no big issue. Takes a while to get the knack of reclining. Once mastered it’s ok. Sturdy and comfortable.

Really robust chairs. Cushions not quite as good as picture shows but comfortable enough.

Appears to be very well built & secure to me, cushions fit well on seat & are comfortable to use - so happy with the purchase so far. (last chair I had like this from a different manufacturer cost me more & was not as solid). The locking mechanism that locks the chair in a certain position appears to be solid & robust - tbh I'd buy another one again, so recommended (based on initial build quality). 1st class customer service too from the seller with super communications.

Solid chair but not very user friendly.
The chair is solid in construction and hopefully will last for years. Very difficult to change the position of the chair (recline) when sitting in it which makes it difficult to get in and out off. Like many others disappointed with the cushion, to thin will probably never use it.
