I bought this converter to power my 12v chemical pump and it works flawlessly. No variances in power. No connection issues with the clamps, either. The power cord is long enough to reach any receptacle that's nearby. With all the accessories included, it's a very good value. Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend.

I purchased this power supply in 2024 and haven't needed it until Sept 2026 when I switched my trailer solar system from 12v to 24v so I can include more solar panels. The trailer's converter died a while ago but the 12v MPPT controller had a 12v output which matched the 20amp converter so I had no need to replace the converter. The 24v controller does not have a 12v output so I used this power supply to power the 12v systems on the trailer. It works perfectly and is quiet enough to not even realize it's running. It will be live 24/7 so if I have issues, I'll update this review.

This was bought to power a diesel heater, and it does that flawlessly. There is virtually no noise(fan) and the spin on terminals made it easy to adapt my wiring to.

Oh I really like this , so much I just ordered a 2nd one. It's great on ease of uses , there is hardly any noise annoyance , the power output is great , and you don't feel any heat .

The Lf bros diesel heater came with a factory converter. After a full winter of use it went belly up. The green light went on but the machine wouldn't boot up. I had this converter new in a box for a different project so I grabbed it hooked it up and shaboody! Success? Day two just began and its over there working its little heart out. The cooling fan runs while its plugged in. So I ordered a remote control wall plug arriving today and woop bobs your uncle easy peasy. Hey no problem. I had in the past bought a smaller version of this but on start up the diesel heater temporarily requires a crap ton of amps. This product has all the amps required for flawless egnition of fuel by the glow plug. I will be ordering one more and maybe two to have a backup. I win yay me!💪

Backup info:We are temporarily living in our camper parked on our property while renovating the house. I parked the camper about 150 or so feet away from the septic tank clean out. One of the drudgeries of living in a camper is dumping the holding tanks when they’re full. So that I wouldn’t have to use the poop-cart and drag it over, I bought a macerator pump which not only pumps the tank contents over but also grinds any solids into bits that will fit through a garden hose. Macerator pumps only come in a 12V dc voltage. I had been dragging a battery to the wetbay to power the pump. But this changed all that. Now for the review: This is exactly what I wanted and I can’t believe I didn’t think of it sooner. The pump draws about 20amps and this handles that well. Other reviews say that the fan is loud but I haven’t noticed that at all. Yes, the fan does run at all times when the power is turned on but noise isn’t an issue. If you need 12v power in a place that is easier to run an extension cord, or plug into 120vac, this is what you want.

Used this to supply power to my diesel heater. Absolutely no issues, easy to install, has run quietly for several months without issue.

It looks like a quality build, it's higher price thann a lot of generic items so I expected some of the basic features you get when buying a cheaper unit. It does not have thermal management, with the switch on the fan blast 100% combatly, therefore when not using items it powers it's extra loud and wasting power. The lugs to connect are novel, but for a permanent install I'd prefer the connection screws. The lugs are not faceted or have options to insert a driver l, so only thumbs unless you get pliers in it, because best I tried the connections felt free to move. Night work well for a mobile type application, but it doesn't seem setup for a permanent installation for various reasons.
