Bought this for deer hunting and DIY butchering after seeing it recommended on YouTube, and it is everything I hoped for. I’ve processed two Axis Deer with it so far, and it’s amazingly sharp and easy to handle. It made getting the tenderloins out from along the spine simple while minimizing meat loss. Because the blades are replaceable, you never have to worry about field sharpening. That said, the blades don't dull quickly at all—I’ve done two whole deer and am still on my first blade! The handle grip feels very sturdy and durable in the hand. This is now a permanent part of my hunting pack, and if I ever lose it, I’ll definitely buy another.

This is a great knife. The blades are scalpel sharp when you put them in. The knife is not bulky, its easy to carry. It locks open well (very important because its so sharp) and closes well so its completely safe when closed. I like the color to make it hard to lose. Its simply a quality product. I bought one for hunting and liked it so much I carry it for an everyday knife and bought the larger ones for hunting and fishing.

Sharpest knife I ever had or have currently. I field dress and skin over 5 deer a year and I wasn't sure if this knife would be any good for field dressing so I didnt use it the first time but the 2nd deer i did and I can promise you now I will never use a different knife to gut a deer it makes the job quicker and is 10 times easier, it's super lightweight and extremely easy to handle. When it comes to skinning deer it is just as good but sometimes a bigger blade is needed so I had this knife and my usual longer skinning knife....I keep this in my pocket every day now as a daily pocket knife and have had it since for almost a full year now and have not changed the blade once yet because it's still sharp as hell. (Cleans very very easily too!)

I had a knock-off of the Havalon and am really happy I bought a real one. Broke down an elk solo and this got a lot of use. Blades held a good edge longer than I expected. It's lightweight and has pretty good grip

Only used it on a few ducks so far.. but this knife is ridiculously sharp. Was a little nervous about taking the blade off bare handed but tried it anyway and it wasn't bad. Just lift up on the back tab and slide forward and it pops right off. Comes with a sheath and 12 extra blades. I would highly recommend this knife for anyone who hunts. Not an edc knife.. but perfect for its intended use which is skinning and cleaning animals. I plan on buying a few more for friends and family. Can't wait till deer season to try it out on something larger! Okay so I bagged a 7pt and this knife just keeps impressing me! Made short work of cleaning the deer. Cleaning around the butt is always the worst.. but this knife made it easy! Had the deer cleaned out in 15 minutes which is a record for me. Also started working on a European Mount and it's been great.. no complaints here. Stupid sharp tho.. Use with extreme caution.

Super sharp, worked great in the field. Only downside would be the difficulty of changing out blades. Just a little tricky/dangerous.

I’ve had this nice for years. Finally lost it had to replace it immediately because this is the best knife I’ve ever owned. The best thing about it is the blades are replaceable so you never have to sharpen it. You just put it blade in it. Great product. I had a couple of screws come loose on the very first one I owned about three years ago. I called the factory to get some new screws. They sent me a whole new knife. Talk about service.
