The biggest problem you'll have with these vitamins is not eating the whole bottle and one go because they are so utterly delicious! The wonderful part is they are filled with everything you need to stay healthy especially for women after 50. I used to get smarty pants because they were really good product and had a lot of good stuff in them but the taste especially after they reformulated was just too much I guess if he likes Sour Patch Kids and having your entire mouth feel literal pain from something being too sour then smarty pants is for you but I love these they're smooth they have a light hint of delicious vanilla Peach flavor and have everything I need to keep me healthy I'm really excited I found these and I highly recommend them! Oh yeah and bonus points no sugar. 😁

I am VERY picky when it comes to multi vitamins! With my degree in Nutrition, I’m constantly looking at ingredients in everything! These gummies are The Best as far as vitamins go! First the B12 vitamin is the best type because of being most potent & absorbing; there is D&K, eye health, they have many ingredients that other gummies & vitamins don’t have, including magnesium! For some reason multivitamins don’t have magnesium in them (maybe so people buy magnesium separately). Yes, most people are somewhat deficient in magnesium but just watch your diet & eat some pumpkin seeds. Chew these gummies daily, and it should be enough… unless there is a real health problem or with your absorption of vitamins, nutrients, etc. If we eat whole foods & really well, then these vitamins are a supplement/an added boost. (Not health advice, Just My educated, Humble Opinion 🤪)
