Worst product not working after one recharge

I had a sore knee and decided to order a knee massager. I didn't really know if it would help, but after one session my knee felt so much better. I used it on the other knee too. My husband also tried it on his knee and we're on the same page. It was worth buying. Loved the different functions, heat, laser, infrared and vibration. Easy to use as well.

I was very impressed with this infra red knee massager. It is of excellent quality. The velco straps were a good length and fitted round my 'fat' knees with ease. I found it very noisy when using it in vibration mode, but this can be turned off by pressing the digital buttons. I found the medium heat setting comfortable. The high setting was too hot for me. The device outer casing is smooth and aerodynamic, whilst the inner padding is soft smooth and expertly stitched. Excellent value for money, as I've looked at others double the price, but look identical. I have arthritic pain below my knee, so I also used the device upside down in order for the infra red lights to radiate on my lower knee. However, it is difficult to access the controls. Maybe the design could be modified for this. I fully recommend this device and I do believe my knee pain has improved in just the few days of using it. Update:- I leant the device to my granddaughter who had pulled her MCL muscle whilst in a dance competition. Within a couple of days of not using the knee massager myself, I noticed my arthritic pain back with a vengeance. Therefore, I conclude that the infra red light knee device was easing the pain and I will be pleased when I receive it back to use it again. In addition, if you research infra red light therapy, some would make you believe it is new, which is untrue. I remember my father using a lamp on his shoulder, back in the early 1960s. (Sometimes the old trusted methods are the best).

I bought this to replace a similar product that was not working properly. I cannot say if this is the answer to my knee problem (arthritis setting in) but my knee always feels better after using. Whichever it is it is worth it. I did not grade support category as I hope never to need it (unlike the one I returned). UPDATE - After 12 days it stopped working. That is 2 identical machines from 2 different companies. The first only half worked the second died after 12 days. No idea what to try next.

The massaging functionality of this device works as you would expect, with any aches in your knees feeling a lot better after use. However, it's a bit of a clunky device to wear for any length of time so you will need to keep your massage sessions to a minimum.
