Great stuff. Idk about if it really affects testosterone but I and my friend who I recommended this can confirm that this stuff calms you down. After a couple of months I realised that I don't get moved by stuff much anymore. Like when drama happens normally I'd probably panic and scramble to respond, with this stuff I didn't, just reacted how I think was fitting without emotions and panic. Good stuff and doesn't break the bank.

I was struggling with restless sleep and waking up still feeling tired. Didn’t expect much, but after taking this the difference has honestly been amazing. I’m sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling far more rested. No groggy or heavy feeling the next day, just calmer and better overall sleep. Easy to take and seems good quality. Very impressed so far.

The capsules are a little difficult to swallow because of the size, but overall I’ve had a good experience with them. I noticed that my sleep felt better and I also felt more focused during the day. Obviously supplements can affect everyone differently, but for me the effects were positive. The only real downside is the capsule size, otherwise I’m happy with them.

Came unsealed with 23 tablets inside instead of 30. Never had this happen when ordering from Bulk themselves. Amazon seems to just not care about quality control when reselling returns without labelling it properly ... Very underwhelming . Marking as 5 stars to not lower reputation of bulk, 99% sure it's amazons fault. Lesson learnt order supplements from manufacturer.

A good quality ashwagandha supplement using KSM-66. The capsules are easy to take and a convenient way to include it in a daily routine. No issues with taste or smell. I did notice a slight reduction in stress while using these, which was a nice benefit, although results will likely vary from person to person. Packaging is simple and does what it needs to. Overall, a straightforward supplement that’s easy to use and fits well into my daily routine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ottimo prodotto, qualità percepita davvero alta Ho acquistato questa Ashwagandha principalmente per inserirla nella mia routine quotidiana e, dopo averla utilizzata con costanza, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del prodotto. La prima cosa che ho apprezzato è la qualità generale della confezione e del prodotto: il barattolo è ben fatto, pratico da conservare e le informazioni riportate sull’etichetta sono chiare e facilmente comprensibili. Anche il dosaggio è semplice da seguire, cosa che personalmente considero importante quando si utilizza un integratore con regolarità. Per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo, le capsule sono abbastanza comode da assumere e non ho riscontrato particolari difficoltà. Anche sotto questo aspetto il prodotto mi è sembrato ben studiato per essere inserito facilmente nella routine giornaliera. Dopo averlo utilizzato con continuità, la cosa che ho notato maggiormente è stata una sensazione generale di maggiore equilibrio e tranquillità, soprattutto nei periodi in cui avevo giornate più impegnative. Ovviamente l’effetto può essere soggettivo e non mi aspetto risultati miracolosi da un integratore, però nel mio caso l’esperienza è stata positiva. Wirkt wie es wirken soll. Keine Wunder erwarten - ist auch nur ein Supplement. Dennoch bekommt man hier ein qualitativ gutes Produkt zu einem sehr fairen Preis (vor allem im Angebot). Absolut empfehlenswert. Hinweis: Ashwaganda wirkt normalweise nicht sofort, sondern sollte einige Tage / Wochen genommen werden bevor sich eine Wirkung einstellt.

Enfin un complément alimentaire très bien dosé pour performer et qui ne coûte pas un rein, super !
