I hear C4 is one of the best pre workouts. I am just starting to go to the gym and was wondering if this would be too intense for a starter?

It also depends on how sensitive you are to caffeine, stimulants, etc. I always recommend half of a scoop or just one scoop, only drink half of it about 30 minutes prior to exercise, gauge your reaction, and go from there. Make sure you put in a really good workout to burn it off & decrease chance of feeling anxious. I'm not very caffeine sensitive so that wasn't an issue. I really love C4 & the Ripped was a great upgrade for me from the traditional C4.

can you use with other fat burners?

Yes you can I mix to other and I like good pre workout take 45 min before best result
