C4 Ripped Sport Pre Workout with 135mg Caffeine, Arctic Snow Cone, 30 Serv

I bought this c4 sport ripped after being recommended to try it to help me continue losing weight. At first I didn’t really put much thought into it but it definitely gives me an extra boost of energy. The first noticeable sign I feel when it starts kicking in is I get slightly more warm and my face and arm gets a bit of a tingly sensation, it feels a bit strange but it isn’t noticeable once I start working out. The tingly feeling actually makes me want to start working out and moving. The flavor and taste for the Arctic snow cone isn’t bad at all, I’m able to drink it without any problem but I will say I’m use to consuming protein shake and food which are plain which other people tend to complain about but at the same time these type of product aren’t suppose to be delicious and sweet. I have manage to start losing weight again which is thanks to this product for giving me the extra energy to push myself more at the gym. I would definitely give it a try.

I love this stuff for before the gym! The taste isn’t perfect but it isn’t bad. It really gives me the boost I need to get through a workout and be more effective. It doesn’t clump at all. I mix it easily in a shaker bottle as drink it on my way to the gym and I’m ready to go. No weird side effects or jitters. I use one scoop in a large bottle of water (I’m 41 years old and 150 lbs)

I *love* the canned C4 products, specifically the energy buzz I get and the beta-alanine tingle (some love it, others hate it). As such, I thought I'd try the C4 pre-workout as I am working towards my first cycling road ride in the spring and typically do training in a fasted state in the mornings. I wanted something easier on my stomach than my preference of black coffee, and yet would give me the energy and circulation I need to get through anywhere from 15 minute HIIT sessions to 1.5hr+ Zone 2 rides. First, I love the flavor of the Artic Snow Cone. It's discernable and flavorful, without being so over-the-top as to make your mouth pucker as you gulp it down. I typically add a scoop to a 20oz bike water bottle, and will drink it throughout my longer workouts or chug a smaller 10oz serving before a shorter HIIT session. I personally find this to be a slow, clean, sustained energy buzz. I am NOT stimulant sensitive so YMMV, but I never notice this "kick in" but instead have a steady build of energy that keeps me alert and engaged in my workouts. Also, for *me* the beloved beta-alanine tingle is NOT very noticeable with this product, unless I up the dosage to 2 scoops. If I could change one thing about this, it would be to up the beta-alanine dosing and get that tingle back... All in all, this seems like a good "everyday" pre-workout. I may try a more highly dosed version on my next purchase and compare, but I feel like - when you can catch this on major sale as I did - it's worth the cost.

I've tried other C4 pre workout supplements. This one is the first time I try it. It's good but I think it's better for women (no offense) or begginers as it is not that strong, first day I tried it I didn't feel anything, no tingling sensation, no rush, no energy boost. Second day I tried it I felt little tingle but not too strong and lasted for a few minutes. The label suggest taking one serving after workout and a second one before once you reach tolerance. I have only taken one serving but next week I'll try taking two. The taste is not the best but it's not bad. I can dissolve east. In general is a good product.

Great pre workout & this is the best flavor

I've cut down my caffeine intake quite alot, so I've been on C4 Sport for several months now. I like to leave reviews when I'm "wow'd" by a product or customer service, this time is was customer service. I had one come in where the powder was clumpy (usually not an issue, you can just shake it up) but the flavor was terrible, im assuming due to the moisture/clumping. After a quick contact with customer service and providing the order information, took them less than a few hours to get everything fixed and replaced. Super impressed with the speed and quality of the service to say the least.

I’ve been ordering C4 preworkout in arctic snow cone on auto ship forever! It was my husband and I’s favorite flavor and we used it regularly. Recently something changed - they sent us the C4 Sport Ripped instead and it’s AWFUL! I couldn’t even drink it. We then re-ordered what we thought was the correct one, came in a package that looked almost the same as what we used to get but it’s called C4 Ripped SuperSport… that also doesn’t taste good. It’s not as bad as the larger black packaging but it’s nowhere near as good as the old version. I may have to try and order directly instead of Amazon because we keep getting garbage.
