Easy to assemble and set up. Must note that the battery pack only comes with its charging cable and not a mains charger but most of us will have one lying around in a drawer anyway. Another thing to note is that it's the older Micro USB (early Android phones) that's required. The newer USB-C will not fit!Instructions are pretty easy to follow and unlike Al exa devices, the Tapo hub finds and connects all its devices in seconds! We already had 3 cameras and this hub added them all + the doorbell with ease. What a relief to buy something that just works for a change! Yes Amazon, I'm looking at you!! 👀If you want to remotely answer the doorbell on your phone you must install the Tapo software and grant full access permissions on your phone AND go into the app itself and give permission to use the video calling feature, otherwise it won't work.Once fully set up and connected to the internet it works brilliantly, as soon as someone presses the button the phone rings instantly.Excellent value for money, no subscription required if you install a MicroSD memory card. The video quality is excellent during the day and night, I just can't fault it yet.

Fantastic video doorbell. Low latency, good image quality and good microphone.The app is fast and responsive and the device works really well without having to buy a subscription!The sub-GHZ connection to the hub (which is best used hardwired) makes this battery doorbell leagues better than battery powered alternatives like Ring or Blink.

Good product, easy to set up and simple to use. There is some slight delay on receiving notifications to my phone, if I'm away from home they can sometimes come a significant amount of time after the movement was detected. Doesn't seem to be an issue when the button on the doorbell is pressed however. Chime is nice and loud, and battery seems to last a decent amount of time once the sensitivity is dialed in. Good field of view and good image quality when viewing the feed.

Tapo D210 wireless doorbell cameraI have always liked Tapo items, I have 4 of their cameras, smart plugs and other items, they are all extremely goodThis smart doorbell is no exception, it is well built and sturdy and also looks good on the doorI live in a very rural area in the Highlands of Scotland, so there aren't many street lights, it's pretty dark in winterThe quality of the camera on this doorbell is very good, in fact, during daylight it is exceptional qualityNight is not as good on auto, which changes to black and white video. You can manually turn to daylight mode and the quality is better and in colour (as you can see in the photos) but this will use battery much fasterThe battery life on the camera is pretty good, I have it on full detection mode and in almost 2 weeks it has only used 18% battery, and I do have a lot of trackers and farm vehicles going pastSet up was very easy and only took 15 minutes, and that included the update for the firmwareOnce fitted to your door you can play around with all the settings to get the camera working within the area you wantI highly recommend this doorbellThe video is in daylight. First photo is at night on daylight full colour setting and 2nd photo is auto mode (night time) like I said, you can have the camera on day setting all the time. But the battery will run down fasterAlso, if you have a street light near your door, the night time video will be better qualityOh, and it works with AlexaI hope this helps people :)

Honestly I didn't expectuch when buying this doorbell.But wow is it good it sees my whole front from left to right. Super easy to setup and connect to both Alexa and Google.I like that I'm not forced into a subscription with this either!The value for money here is unreal with the amount of quality this doorbell has!

Excellent for the price. I had a cheap one before getting the tapo D210 and tbh it was awful. This has plenty of settings to choose from, four different detection modes and you can fine tune the sensitivity from 0-10. When I'm home I have detection turned off but when I go out and put the doorbell and the tapo cameras in my flat to away mode I have them set to 2 on motion & person detection. You can also choose if you want the doorbell to wake from motion or when it is pressed. There is 6 choices for the colour of the led. You can choose how bright or how dim you want the light that comes on at night if your doorbell is pressed. You can choose to have infrared or full colour when the light comes on. Anti theft mode which sets off an alarm and records if anyone removes it (just remember to turn it off when you need to charge it) 2 choices in picture quality, either 360p or 2k. You have a wedge to adjust the angle of the doorbell camera which is optional in the installation. I have opted into the subscription for cloud at £2.99 per month which is an amazing price. I originally had a sd card installed but thought the unlimited 30 days cloud storage was a better option. If you choose the cloud storage from after selecting your doorbell in the app you get a 30 day free trial. What makes this doorbell stand out above the rest is the fact you don't need a subscription to pickup any motion and the battery, my old one needed charging for 10 hours each time and would last 3 days at the most, I have lost 7% battery in 4 days which is awesome. Keep on mind that using live view a lot of having sensitivity for detection on high will result in the battery draining quicker. The app is easy to use and works well. I have had 2 tspo cameras in my flat for nearly 4 years and have never had any issues with it. Runs smooth with no lag. Crystal clear picture. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed and more!I can honestly say this is an absolute steal the price for the quality you recieve is beyond doubt amazing!It doesn't attach to ring camera fixings as we had to make other holes however it's easy to do and also to install!I find it sturdy and the battery also feels like it is safe and secure and having extra things to do for removing to charge can be a faff but saves thieves stealing.The battery power is very good so far I'm finding it quite long lasting the fact the settings are not over sensitive I dont get notified of every passing car only close proximity movements, given the fact the camera view is so wide it's quite remarkable also has a zoom in feature to!The added indoor chime is also handy as if I'm not near the phone I still get notified by a gentle ring of which there are a few different tunes plus volume settings to.Definitely please with everything.

Once I managed to link it to my home wifi it's great. Really let down by the lack of instructions to install it. Which are very basic. The installation procedure assumes that nothing will go wrong but it does. My home Wi-Fi works on 5G and 2.4 g but I have it set to use a common Wi-Fi ID. This doorbell only works on 2.4 g Wi-Fi and the app on my phone refused to see it as by default it uses the 5G band as that is the strongest in my home. It kept saying no 2.4 g bands available to select for pairing. I had to switch off the 5G in my router and then the doorbell installed easily. Once the installation has occurred okay the system works fine and you can switch the 5G back on again and it will notify your phone. Lots of a useful features but yet again the lack of documentation is bad as it assumes that everyone is at least ok with the ins and outs of apps and they usage. Have only tested it out indoors as I am waiting for an SD card to put in the unit and also to charge the battery fully.A big bonus for me personally is that the door chime plays the"Pompey chimes" my football team😄 will have to see how it performs outside as I have a south facing property with no shade to put the camera under so just hope it works even in bright sunlight. The remote doorbell feature works fine so at least I've got that. It would be nice if the chime had an internal backup battery as it only works from a mains socket. I have moved it from different places around the house and it still seems to retain its settings but it would be nice for example to be able to take it out into the garden if it had an internal battery. Don't be fooled by the super Amazon price as it's exactly the same from Argos and others the stores. I just use Amazon for convenience and any returns are generally a lot simpler than doing it in store.

Excelente funciona spr bienBueno a mí me falla pero es porque tengo medio lejos el modem del Internet pero por ejemplo lo que me gusta es que la campanita se pueda conectar a otro internet e igual se conecta al timbre, me gusta pq así lo puedo tener lejos y no pasa nada
