I was impressed with these cheap brushes. They were packed separately in the bag. The brushes worked fine and held up to cleaning.

Impressive quality and price

I read that others had a problem with the brushes being ruined because of how they were packaged but mine came individually tubed, with another small tube over the brush end. They were all in perfect shape! The brushes are fine tipped and a little stiff, which is the way I like them. I expect 30 of them to last me quite a while. I paid around $6 for them and I don't think I could have found a better deal than that!

I have been using these for a paint by numbers painting and these are nice for that work. The bristles are just right for holding paint for fine line work. The size it just right for most of the fine detail in this painting. The bristles are soft enough to pick up and hold paint and are durable enough to keep a fine point. If you are looking for a brush that is easy to use and holds up well to hours of work these should work well for you too.

I cannot complain about these brushes, they are incredibly affordable and for the most part serve their purpose. I have provided several pictures to share just what type of product you are going to get with these brushes. I paid 7.99 for a pack of 30 and actually received 31. There were 2 damaged brushes which would be easily restored to working order with a trim of the bristles. I do also recommend trimming the undamaged bristles if you are purchasing these for detail work. As of right now there doesn't seem to be a lot of shedding, minus the initial hair or two on first use. A few important things to note is that these brushes are incredibly lightweight, the bristles are so lightweight that they do tend to move in one direction and splay fairly easily, they do not hold their shape under pressure and they hold a minimal amount of acrylic ink. These brushes were not designed to last long and that is something to keep in mind, you get multiple for an affordable price but needing a replacement will be just around the corner. If you are trying to do detail work, I would recommend very light handed use of these, I provided samples of pressure on the bristles to show how they functioned. I think these are fantastic beginner brushes or brushes you use to experiment with, they have a range of purposes and can be quite handy, especially in excess. If you are looking for a sturdy, long-lasting detail brush do not purchase these. The paint on the wooden handle will chip and the ferrule is made of a very inexpensive aluminium.

Obviously with the price tag, I knew these were going to be cheaply made. Which is fine with me because I destroy my brushes when I paint so I needed something cheap since I will go through so many of them. I give the 3 stars due to the fact that someone might not want brushes of this quality. They have wood handles and are so light weight. The bristles are flimsy and struggle to hold shape. They would be perfect for children’s projects or for someone like me that goes through fine brushes quickly. If you are looking for something of this nature these are for you but if you wanted something with more quality, then skip out.

I use these brushes on pottery which is hard on brushes but these hold up quite well. They hold enough glaze and can fit them in tight spaces which is why I bought them. If I ever wear out all of them, which is very unlikely, I’d buy them again.

For the price paid they are spot on. Not as good as say citadel or army painter brushes, but it's 30 for 6 quid. They do the job well, can keep a point if looked after. I have painted a full bloodbowl team with them (used 4 in total for all 14 players). Spot on.
