What size bag would be good when using a juicer?

I don't use a juicer, but I think the smallest bag would probably work. I find that it's plenty big.

Are these bags heat resistant? If so, up to how many degrees?

I would say they are heat resistant up to at least 175º f. I got them as grain bags for home brewing operation and had no issues.
